The Swift is a front-engine front-wheel drive hatchback car with a 1.3L engine. The Suzuki Swift is available in 2 variants DLX Navigation and DLX Automatic Navigation. It hasn't been changed in the last 10 years.

I must admit abs agree with you, he's so nice, humble and excited. that's what happens to us, middle class guys, who work really hard to make both ends meet and finally when their hard work pays off, they enjoy it as they say, choti choti khushyan but for us, it's never gonna be choti choti.
I got my first car, corolla 2000 back in 2018 and yeah, I was as excited as this gentleman is.

Agar aap iss car ko enjoy krna chahte he to manual varient khareed le .... automatic varient ki pick itni achi nhi he and if u have the budget to buy its auto varient then go for honda city.

I have swift for almost 6 years now. my car is not more than 50k on ODD and the car is maintained throughout at proper time interval. I have changed tires to 195/65/15. my car gives me 12-13 mileage easily on lightfoot. No doubt this car has got a powerful and mighty engine.
Any fuel avg improvements after fitting a bigger tire?
I purchased suzuki swift 1.3dlx car model 2009 (first car in Hyderabad). It is very nice car and running very well. I have run it 70000km without any trouble. engine is robust and give 17km with ac on long drive. I love my car.

But if you are thinking to buy it then please dont. It is good in all aspects except fuel average. I have 2016 model and it gives me 9 to 10 avg in city.. and 14 to 15 in long. This car is actually for long routes because it gives a fair average in long but in city fuel average is devastating 😭

I have recently bought swift DLX. 2021 and I am glad I made the right decision it's far better than any 1.3 variant with respect to many things only con is non presence of airbags
I would like to suggest you guys add in POV review for a small portion of the video. Maybe at the very end of each owner's review. It gives a nice perspective of what a particular car could look/feel like when driving and would be a nice addition to these already excellent reviews.
As a Swift Automatic 2018 owner myself, I've got to disagree with multiple opinions shared by the gentleman here. First, the back space is extremely compromised, and two adults can barely sit comfortably; 3 adults sitting comfortably is just plain false. Second, ground clearance is pathetic if more than 2 people are traveling and given our speed breakers. Third, while Swift's fuel average is naturally much worse than 1000cc hatchbacks, but it is at par with 1300cc sedans, which have much bulkier builds and space. And all these legit shortcomings are reflected in the car's low resale value.

12.80 PKR means less than 6 Lakh INR...even in 6 lakhs its double the cost of a used 8 year old swift in Delhi...a 8 year old swift in very good condition should in no case cost more than 2 Lakh...don't know why people pay so much for used cars in Pakistan... Have some respect for your money
Due to tax structure you can't just convert price from one country to other..
40% taxation on new cars that lead 5 times higher prices than Indian market. That's why used car in Pakistan are also too costly...

I am from India and was owner of this same car till Feb 1st and I drove Maruti Suzuki Swift ZDI 2013 1.3 DDIS Fiat sourced engine with 2 Airbags, ABS ,company fitted Infotainment, electric ORVM ,auto climate control and 15 inches Alloy wheels, push button start all are with stock package for almost 8 years with 8.29 laq on road price in 2013 which depreciated 5.49 laq and sold for INR 2.80 Laq.

Swift's poorFuel mileage is a myth. I purchased a brand new swift 1.3 DLX with (navigation) in 2018, and drove 1400 KM single ride and found the average around 15.5 km/L without AC. With AC, it is around 14.5 to 15 km/L. In city with AC it gives around 14 km/l. really a fabulous car with a very good comfortable drive, power, balance, everything is auspicious. I don't understand people when they talk about low mileage when they haven't experienced it themselves. I would rate it a very good car in this range. Only thing i found disturbing in this car, "The road clearance is not optimun when fully loaded ( 5 passengers + full luggage)". In normal drive, it is mini copper in this range. :D
Fuel problem is in automatic version. Else you are right.
Swift is really a fun to drive car ,its handling and stability is fantastic 👌👌👌
That is true. Its a proper European type suspension setup. A bit stiff but responsive and well balanced. I have an automatic version.

Back seat mei space ka issue hosakta hai agar log beech mei Thore lambe bethe. Uske ilawa sub fit hai. Token ka nhi pta abhi kya scene hai wo mera bhai karwa deta hai. 1.3 l hai token kam hi hoga. Mene new li thi 2017 mei. Used model mei automatic risky hosakta hai agar zada chali ho aur sahi se transmission service na ki gyi ho.

But agar peechay 3 adult bethay hon to speed breaker pe thora sa touch hoti hai ye thora issue hai bas baki bohot comfortable car hai

Quite true on sudden increase in price of a second hand cars, every day that goes by people like me who can not afford brand new cars these second hand cars are slo getting out of hands, kindly do a review on Mitsubishi Pajero 5 door 1995, and any other old model car like corolla 86 or something, kindly also guide us on major points to consider to look (careful about) in buying a second hand car.

Which kind / grade and company oil is best for Suzuki Swift 1.3 DLX car, and after how much kilo meter used it should be changed. The oil recommendation is asking for use in Peshawar area.
I had this car and its very good, cultus is a box on wheels, only problem with the swift is its too expensive to buy new now and we don't get the international 2020 swift model in Pak
I have swift manual it gives 12 plus average within city without ac and 11 plus within city with ac and 14 plus on highway without ac and 13 max with ac on highway.
I think its not bad.
Positive point of swift its pick, its luxury, suspension is also good,
Ground clearance is OK not good.
But my openion it is value to money and I am happy with swift.
Yes token tax is bit on higher side.
i got 2007 cultus and it gives the same average, but with ac it turns way more under power

Swift excellent car ha. Petrol consumption 13.5km within city with AC. 17km on GT Road with AC. 15.5km on Motorway with AC. Keep AC at 75% not 100%. Change gear little early. Car engine sound does not comes inside the cabin and people wait till they hear to change the gears which is incorrect. Tune in time. Enjoy the ride.
