They have thousands of subscribers, they claim that they teach accurate English, but they dont even know the basic rules of English. Thank you Kevin and Liza for all your efforts! Keep exposing them!😊
What a pleasure it is to hear a clear, strong, free and beautiful flow of American English. Thank you, Kevin for staying alert and vigilant on keeping it safe and guarding it against unwanted intruders.
English for Everyone, thank you for your dedication to eliminating intruders, non-native illiterate people who teach others. I am not a native speaker, but with your help, I have improved my skills significantly. Thank you.
Hi there You should be careful When it comes to using a word especially to criticize people. Don't get me wrong since I also think that these teachers need to brush up on their English knowledge. The thing is the word illeterate is not appropriate to describe someone who doesn't master the language. The word illeterate refers to someone who can not read. I am pretty sure that these people are educated they can read !! Have a good day Fatiha Switzerland
@Andrew_Cretu Do you really think that discriminating against non-native English teachers is a great idea? Is it helpful in any way? Also, what does being a native speaker even mean? This distinction doesn't take into account individuals from countries with a post-colonial legacy and essentially leaves qualification out of the picture entirely. It's way more complex than that, and feeding into the monolingual ideology doesn't advance the field of TESOL in any way.
Hello Kevin and Liza; you're great. kevin; I've been a teacher for more than 30 years and I know that you are one of the best English teachers I've ever seen in my whole life, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and for correcting the ones who are obviously wrong, I'm sure that good English students really appreciate and respect your teachings. thank you so much and God bless you
Your effort has been appreciated Kevin , thank God that I have coincidently come across your channel before it's too late as I'm learning a lot from you guys ❤
I'm a Spanish speaker, we have less vowel sounds than English so it's not easy to have a truly correct pronunciation. For instance, I can't really hear the difference in between the O and AW: scroll and crawl. It sounds the same to me.
That’s the problem with this girl . Just because she sounds like a Native English Speaker doesn’t mean she’s able to teach English. She makes SO MANY English mistakes and apparently she doesn’t care about it because she doesn’t take the time to review her content before posting it. Shame on her .
Thank you so much for your invaluable lessons Kevin and Lisa. We, the foreigners, tend to think in our native language and speak English. Many English learners make these mistakes, but they don't teach English, of course. Foreign English teachers don't have this luxury. They shouldn't make mistakes because the mistakes they make will be widespread among their subscribers.
Great video. In all of my years of teaching English, articles before countable nouns, single plural issues, verb tenses, and prepositions are by far the most common mistakes I hear from my students. Keep up the great work with your videos.
Dear Teacher. Let's break down the songs of rappers and the skiing and snowboarding sporting events that take place in Aspen, Colorado, shall we? There's a lot of different vocabulary here.
Thank you so much, Kevin. Your videos are really helpful to me. I've been watching all your videos from the get-go. I'll keep practicing your American English training.
As far as I know, ‘gotten’ is rarely used in British English. So why is ‘have you ever got stuck’ incorrect? Another point. I was told by a British native speaker that ‘it is the first time I talk’ is perfectly correct. But thanks a lot for your video. It’s highly useful.
I believe that people who are not fluent in English, which goes for me as well, don’t even notice the mistakes they make. But what really bothers me is the wrong pronounciation. Once received and memorized, it’s really hard to unlearn.
I just cant believe it..Ariannita is a native speaker who was born and grew up in the States but she still got a lot of wrong English grammars, vocabs, and...
Fortunately, I'm learning English from a native speaker but, it was really a big alarm for whom want to learn English from a non-native speaker who are not much qualified! I'm not judging them, they speak very well but, teaching is another thing. On the other hand, in social media people are attracted to girls no matter if they are qualified or not. It seems beauty defeats expertise.
I just looove this! For the record, Ariannita is NOT a native speaker! She passes herself off as a native, but she makes glaring errors that no native speaker would ever say. She must've landed English at an early age. Not good enough, though.
Kevin keeps a poker face as he destoys non-native impostors, This makes watching this video even more entertaining:) I would be really wicked and sardonic if i were him.
Thank you sir for your videos! I can't understand why those TH-camrs have so many subscribers??? Especially Linguamarina!!! She teaches absolutely incorrect English!!!
Hi Kevin Thanks goodness it has never crossed my mind to learn from non-native speakers. You guys might say some non-native speakers are competent to teaching English and I agree with that but there is just a fringe of them who are dedicated and well informed about the language. As I say I have been learning from native speakers and professionals. Keep it up Fatiha Switzerland
What data do you have to back up your claim about the vast majority of non-native English teachers being incompetent? :) And why do you portray nativeness as the only variable in the complex puzzle of teaching?
Sir, each episode only lasts for six minutes. This sentence needs no correction because Veronika Mark also speaks correctly. She puts 's' after the 1st form of the verb ( last +s)
Just when Veronika thought she learned to use the word "best" with the article "the", comes the exception "he knows best"! hahahahahah, you never get it right Veronika, do you? Tough luck.
Native English speakers also make mistakes, because Arianita La Gringa es an American teacher as far as I know. Thanks for teaching proper English Kevin and Liza!!
Show? Just look at their body language...that being said I was mostly referring to Lisa's irritating smile. Being a non native speaker, and making mistakes herself, she should be more humble and understanding...but that's just my opinion
One is very stoic while correcting your mistakes and the other has a condescending smile. Imagine they were your bosses or coworkers and you said something wrong in English and got corrected by them in front of the whole company in this manner. Ouch.
Anyway, those other channels teaching wrong English are quite irresponsible. They should hire a native speaker to check for errors before publishing videos.
Plz teacher i was wondering if you could me a favor? I have a challenge with my teacher at the institute about the names of rules can we say present simple and perfect present or what plz would it be all right if you made a short video about that?
I think all these eastern European sweethearts also watching your video but not admitting their mistakes, it's like the cat I had who'd always fart and look at me in a way like it was me
👍❤️
They have thousands of subscribers, they claim that they teach accurate English, but they dont even know the basic rules of English. Thank you Kevin and Liza for all your efforts! Keep exposing them!😊
😍😍
They are scam English teachers😮. Thanks for teaching us correct English grammar🎉
🙏🤗❤️
awesome.
This video is one of the best English classes I have ever watched. Thanks, Kevin
Arnel's Everyday English is also very good. I *only* watch Kevin & Liza and Arnel.
❤👍👍👍🥰
thank you, Kevin.
Thank you guys👍
I enjoy watching you🎉
Thanks 👍❤❤❤❤❤
👏👏👏👏💐💐💐
I consider my English level to be very advanced and I didn't know about the use of the present perfect after "This is the first time". Thank you!
The most humiliating but desperately useful video ever 👍👌
What a pleasure it is to hear a clear, strong, free and beautiful flow of American English. Thank you, Kevin for staying alert and vigilant on keeping it safe and guarding it against unwanted intruders.
Thank you so much😊
"pump my gas tank" 😂
Thank you so much, Kevin! You’re my favorite English Teacher on TH-cam ❤😊

Thank you Kevin for an educative video while tearing apart the cloak and exposing a few discrepancies in teaching by native English teachers.
Nice and neat!
Thank you so much. Good job teacher as always. Have a good Night ☺👍

These TH-camrs are very lucky to have Kevin pointing out their mistakes! And no one should call them “teacher” because they do not deserve that title.
Hi Kevin
We can also scroll through social medias can not.

Arannita sounds American, but her mistakes are glaringly obvious.
That’s the problem with this girl . Just because she sounds like a Native English Speaker doesn’t mean she’s able to teach English. She makes SO MANY English mistakes and apparently she doesn’t care about it because she doesn’t take the time to review her content before posting it. Shame on her .
@@Mary-S11 Agree.
Accent and pronunciation are two different things.
Where is she from then
While you are at it, so is enunciation.
Good job

speaking English is not enough to TEACH English
Please do a colab with Brent from Speak American with This Guy. That would be an awesome video.
Thank you so much, Kevin. Your videos are really helpful to me. I've been watching all your videos from the get-go. I'll keep practicing your American English training.

What data do you have to back up your claim about the vast majority of non-native English teachers being incompetent? :) And why do you portray nativeness as the only variable in the complex puzzle of teaching?
So, we say "she speaks a variety of British English?", because British English is not just one simple accent. They have different accents.
Can you tell me where is the join bottom is? I tried and couldn’t work in the screen.
But is it also correct to say, to take a road trip by car? Not, by my car

well, I've been pronouncing *scroll* wrong for 29 years
Arianita no es nativa?
I wonder the same
Every video from Kevin & Lisa is nightmare for fake teachers! Is my wording correct?
You guys should teach grammar to English native speakers. Try to be less condescending, though
Can you show when they've been condescending?
Show? Just look at their body language...that being said I was mostly referring to Lisa's irritating smile. Being a non native speaker, and making mistakes herself, she should be more humble and understanding...but that's just my opinion

isn't Ariannita American?
It is not yet clarified.
Are you an AI???
Hey, Sir. You butcher some words yourself. In this video, I hear a clear cut of the sound 'K' at 16.04 seconds in the word 'cautious.
No there's clear K is heard right there 😅
I think all these eastern European sweethearts also watching your video but not admitting their mistakes, it's like the cat I had who'd always fart and look at me in a way like it was me
You are saying Go ends with long 'O' sound whereas Cambridge dictionary shows diphthong US /ɡoʊ/ . Pl clarify
Cambridge dictionary is about the British English while this channel is dedicated to the American English. They differ.
@@juliettesh Cambridge Dictionary shows both BrE and AmE.
It’s weird because in Russian you should use “one of the …..” plural too
🤔
