Freedive safety first aid and CPR training

Hannah is one of our highest trained freedivers, and also works as a State Lifeguard. In the winter that means she’s in the desert, managing some of the most intense trauma scenarios that are far from any hospital. While we never want to be in that scenario ourselves, there is no one better to learn from and her experiences are invaluable
She took the time to train our boat crew up this week, covering basic 1st aid and CPR, O2 provider, and plenty of scenarios specific to Freediving and spearfishing from the boat. We have dialed in our preventative measures over the years, but being in such high speed high risk environment all the time we are adamant about staying sharp and prepared in case something out of our control does happen.
@hernahbernernah will be offering more courses like this which can be tailored to your specific activities. Not many people in the world have the experience she has, both in the water and with high intensity trauma scenarios far from help. She will also be the lead safety at the Cortez Cup this summer…lucky to have her on our team!
