No they haven't disbanded they are now under a Japanese label called Jakol Corporation, it was announced on November 1st 2016 on AlphaBAT Japan's Official Twitter that they had switched Companies from there Korean Label Simtong Entertainment, along with the (unofficial ) departure of some of the members C:ode, D:elta, F:ie, I:ota, and youngest member J:eta as he had enlisted on 9th November 2016, so they will promote as a 5 member group with out B;eta as he has enlisted.
I went to meet AlphaBat before. I can't believe that Heta was stared at me and that time I was doing heart shape to him and he suddenly shy laughing at me. I wonder what is the matter with this guy? But at the same time I felt happy because he looked at me... only me at that time even though I stand far from the stage. Best Day Happen In My Life!😊😄 I hope he remember me!

They're supposed to be trained for years to perform live well, but they don't express any form of talent at all. Being a visual only is even worse, that just means you're in the group just for looking pretty. Tbh G:amma should be the visual. Not tryna argue, but I'm just saying my opinion.
