- This lady from Surat serves delicious varieties of Aloo Paratha. He single-handedly manages the whole business and she's doing this from past 5-6 years. Parathas are pocket friendly and tasty too.

As a indian I am telling you most of the Indians Street fooder don't know how to use cheese . 99% akward using.& Indian food is so good without cheese actually if they mix ingredients correctly.
If spices are used judiciously, there is absolutely no need of using cheese.
