One year, many, MANY years ago, when our family just finished opening up all of our presents, my three youngest siblings chimed in with…Is that all there is? I was absolutely stunned! When I was their age, I would have been so happy to have received that many. I told them that mom was sitting there with barely any so what right did they have to complain? Now I lived in another city so holidays were the one time that I did come back home. The next year I got my mom a twenty-eight piece towel set and individually wrapped it. Guess who had the most presents under the tree that year?
It’s up to her, it’s her dosh, she can do what she wants and spend what she wants.
It shouldn't be made to be such a big thing, if they have the money go for it and leave them do their own thing.
