I subscribed from the Jeff Mara podcast. Really appreciate you sharing your journey. When you mentioned that the mind is a garden a lot came into place for me just then. I could write a lot and I just did but this is a yt comment: A garden needs frequent if not daily work and so does your mind. States of fear, uncertainty, doubt, envy, worry, anxiety, etc are the results of weeds in your mind-garden in the form of thoughts of fear, worry, doubt, etc. Weeds appear when there are problems with the soil. Sometimes those weeds actually can help fix the soil. Some of the desired states are contentment, peace, tranquility, blissfulness, etc (there are many actually) To get those, your soil needs to be fixed (if not transformed and renewed ;-) your soil should be love. Prescribed for me: daily practice of love. Meditate for 15 minutes to clear your mind, then after that meditate on love. Through out the day, through love, check yourself. Later, start growing other correct thoughts in your renewed love soil. Meditate on tranquility, on kindness, patience, forgiveness, bliss. Practice these states. So far they have never answered me. That in itself for me serves to uproot them in certain situations.
You’re such a great teacher at first I had to I didn’t go with the soft approach, but I can now I can now it was just my path the lessons I needed to learn maybe you’re such a great teacher a wonderful teacher I wanted to feel your energy if I knew you from another universe and when I did this rainbow energy just came flying in. It was so amazing. Sometimes I get that another times I don’t but I don’t feel that much because I was at fear, but I no longer feel that anymore.
It is love to help someone out of evil. It is love to be grieved when someone is hurt. It is love to acknowledge someone's suffering. It is love to resist the lusts of the flesh. It is love to resist being drawn into evil. It is love to name evil and wish it to disappear.
Beautiful video. In my book, anyone who seeks out this type of knowledge is very special. The scripture so says there is only one way into Heaven, and that is through the doorway, Yahweh. But while on Earth, I think there are many different ways to perceive the creator. One way is by shedding the ego, shedding the intellect, opening up the heart, and only then can the light of the creator shine down. Think of your body as a vessel...when the vessel is filled with ego, pride, sin, even too much thinking, there is no room for the light of the creator to enter, and you will not be able to perceive him. Only when we truly desire his love from deep within the heart, will he reveal himself to us. That's one of the reasons that people who have tremendous suffering can have moments when they perceive the creator. In that moment nothing else matters, It's just you and me.

By meditating on unconditional love (or becoming unconditional) you (re)realize your true origin/source. I think I understand but its harder than I thought and takes a lot of work to undo what has been solidified. Again, thank you
I am very new to this, but i find your teachings quite similar to the law of attraction/love. How? You spoke about the connection we have with source. The law of attraction posit that we emit messages to the universe through our thoughts and that when we wrap our thoughts in Love, we tap into the strongest frequency. You just said that when we operate on unconditional love, our connection with source becomes stronger. When i watched you speak on your near death experience or near life as you described it, i just knew you weren’t capping. And now, seeing the similarities in your understanding of life and the concept of the law of attraction, i’m very locked in. Thank you so much for sharing what you know.
