@@LongDrive Thanks Amit. I"m from Noida and have creta petrol car. I want to go to Jispa next year from Manali. Can you tell me the time you have gone to Jispa, I saw that Nathula pass was less crowded at that time and weather was good. Can I go with my creta petrol car? Kindly help. Thanks advance.

Why not? But you must go in groups and carry puncture kit / biscuits / chocolates / warm cloths / Rain coat etc. So that you have backups in case of any break down / disaster. Good luck!
Thank you very much. This video was shot in October 2017. If you go in May / June, you will find plenty of snow there. For more videos, please do subscribe to my channel th-cam.com/users/LongDrive Thanks for support!!

Your video is a great help. Visiting Ladakh this September, planning to stay at Jispa instead of keylong (by watching a lot of videos I think keylong is a bit conjusted with buildings, while jispa isn't). So which hotel would you suggest with a good/great view with moderate price in jispa. Please do reply. Thank you in advance.
Thank you very much. Yes, Jispa is much better. Its a beautiful and spacious valley. You can try Padma Lodge or IBEX hotel, best in Jispa. And in September being an off season, you will be getting the best deal itself. It will be very cold at night, so take proper clothing. Good luck! For more videos, please do subscribe to my channel th-cam.com/users/LongDrive Thanks for support!!
Between, You can find more about Ladakh in my following videos: Manali to Leh: th-cam.com/video/eiQF2BkYe94/w-d-xo.html Leh to Nubra to Pangong Tso: th-cam.com/video/LzntKA5wvKM/w-d-xo.html
Long Drive Just one more question. There will be 3 above 60 (M) along with us. I'm kinda worried about their health. I'm dying to stay those tents near the pangong lake for that amazing view, but at the same time I'm concerned about the temperature and their health. We're planning the trip from 18-28th Sep(to cover the ladakh festival). What would/might be the weather around that time? Can we stay at those tents without worrying a lot any their health? Thanks.
I would strongly not recommend you staying at Pangong Tso at all with people above 60. Altitude is 14000 Ft, which is higher then Leh and in Spetember end, it will be below 0 at night. The oxygen level is low. In fact, if they have any medical condition, I would not recommend taking them along at all. Sorry, I do not want to discourage you, but its better to take precaution than to be sorry. Remember, Ladakh is a long and tiring journey. In September, its even more difficult. If you want to stay in Tents, you can stay at Padma Lodge at Jispa, they have rooms as well as tents. You need to read more about ladakh trips. Good luck!
Yes. May end probably. Roads are likely to get open by May end. Do check the road status before you plan. For more videos, please do subscribe to my channel th-cam.com/users/LongDrive Thanks for support!!
Thoroughly enjoyed this drive. Didn't look dangerous. No jaw dropping drops. Would love to do this trip. Are there foreigners in these places? (Visiting)
Yes. Foreigners are all over India. You may wanna search about Manali / Dharamshala / Mc Leodganj / Kasol. These places are very popular among foreigners. Good luck!
Looks beautiful! I was planning to do Ladakh in September-October hoping to avoid the peak tourist period. But there seems to be no snow :( What time would you suggest going if trying to avoid peak tourist season and hoping to drive in a bit of snow?
Yes you wont find much snow in Sep-Oct. I would advise to plan in June end. You will experience a bit low traffic than May / June. Or you can plan in July, but snow will be visible on passes only. Good luck!
Nice video, It feels as if we are travelling with you. I have a suggestion, the vehicle dashboard reflects badly in the video, May I suggest fixing a polarized glasses lens in front of the camera to avoid reflection. Please try if it works.
Thank you very much. Yes I thought about it already. You may wanna checkout my latest Spiti videos. All reflections gone. For more videos, please do subscribe to my channel th-cam.com/users/LongDrive Thanks for support!!
