if you double load both tripple barrels with half lengths and pull the top trigger you can shoot 12 darts with one trigger pull and it is so satisfying (worlds longest reload though)

What you need to do is hit at least three ppl with the duck foot attachment in a game of any kind. Challenge!

Dunno if it's only me, but i think in a wide area, duck feet shots would actually work quite well, especially if you're surrounded. Sure, accuracy goes out the window, but if you're in an event like HvZ, and facing 6+ people at once, a panic burst could save you!
Now I'm also imagining a quad barrel of this, which is just silly.

First, Cool blaster and the duck foot barrels are super silly.
Second, when you get your hands on the Rival XXIV-800 Mirage, I would love to see you put your universal hopper on it as a joke. It has a top feeding port and I can see balls flying out of that when you try to feed balls with the hopper

The duck foot looks to be the most hilariously fun option for multiple darts launched at once.
But that is the best part of the hobby.
After all, Nerf is about everyone having fun.

The designer has made a break action version that takes silly shells. It's in beta right now. I have seen it live in a game and it's cool as hell.

Does this blaster and the swappable barrels have the brass inserts installed? Seems very weak for that amount of spring and tube.

Yes, it has the brass. But the issue is the barrels are way too short for that spring load/plunger size.

I mean...is it just a twin-plunger tube Rainbow Pistol? The whole point of the Rainbow Pistol (or really Rainbow catch system) is that you can DIY it yourself entirely out of common big box store hardware material except for the grip, and is doable without a 3D printer (as it predates common-access 3D printing) even if the Rainbow catch is a bit tricky. Which means I can run down to Lowe's or Home Depot literally right now and just build two plunger tubes with two separate triggers.
