Definitely gotta try this one on my kitchen aid :) A trick I learned by doing pasta dough in the mixer, is adding the wet ingredients first, turn the mixer on, and then add the dry ingredients. It saves me from scrapping the bowl and it combines beautifully :) I hope it helps. Big hug from Mexico City 🇲🇽 🤗 and thank you for all the love you put into your videos. It makes my day ❤
Hi Louise. I just started following you a few days ago and my husband is sorry I did. I have since purchased the Ninja Foodie and a bunch of accessories for it, (even though I have 3 Instant Pots and an air fryer). I am strict Keto, my husband is not so I'm looking forward to making both Keto friendly recipes along with your regular recipes (for him). This recipe for sweet potato rolls looks so good, I think my family will enjoy them. Thank you for being honest when reviewing your own recipes, it helps us home cooks a lot. BTW, I live in Maryland.
Getting ready to do my prep cooking marathon for tomorrow, and the first things I'm going to work on are the bread round, sweet potato rolls and the first of 2 batches of pumpkin crumble (the other one will be made over the weekend for after Thanksgiving). I can not wait to get to started on those recipes! I did pick up 2 flat, thin dish towels yesterday for the bread dough. I how your week is going going well!
Oh wow I made these today and they are delicious. We don’t really have many recipes like this in the UK, they were easy to make just needed to convert the temperature to Celsius.
I’ve been making rolls for about 50 years. When I was making rolls at a church camp ground for 250 people per meal, I called it “blooping” rolls. When you’re making 500 rolls/meal, you want to make them FAST! I got to where I could reliably bloop rolls at 58 grams 😉
I'm going to make these for Thanksgiving... I can't wait 😋😋 Louise, I don't have a ninja foodie or anything but a regular oven so well I have to do anything differently as far as baking goes?
Gotta make these for my Husband, this is gonna be a tough one for me as I'm on a grain free diet do to thyroid problems. Thanks for all your wonderful recipes, would you ever consider doing some keto recipes in the ninja I can only hope.. keep up the good work.. Deb.
Mr.R 1965 I have one already. It’s a pineapple and ham fried rice, but I do have a more traditional version tested, I just haven’t had a chance to get it out yet. 😄
I love your videos, yes they are simple, here is a question for you if you have a answer do you have a recipe for making chicken croquettes in the ninja foodi ?
I would bake/roast them per package instructions, but lower the heat by 25 degrees. Check on them though, they might not take as long as the instructions say.
Soooo...I can't find my sweet potatoes! As much as possible, I try to only food shop Amish- owned farmer's markets for unfooled around with produce and meats. And I am not going back there today. , as I am spending the day prepping for tomorrow. But, I have more pumpkin puree than than I probably need for my pumpkin recipes, so I'm thinking I may substitute pumpkin for sweet potatoes. I'm thinking it might work out about as well, I'll just be prepared to adjust some of the sweet ingredients if needed.
I absolutely love watching your videos, Louise. I feel like I’m learning so much, and I don’t even have a pressure cooker...yet! 😂 I’ve been zipping through so many of your great recipes already, and I only found you two days ago! LOL The only trouble I have with any of your presentations, is, is that I’m hard of hearing, and I’ve found some of them can be a little quiiiet for me. 😯👂🤚 But other than that? PERFECT!😄 Welcome to my inquiring mind! ♥️
P.S. In this one the volume was great. I had meant to tell you I love your voice! So crisp, and. crystal clear. Your modulation is beautiful. I’ll bet you have a splendid sing voice!☺️
I'm not very familiar with gluten free baking, but I think you can. Depending on what type of flour you have, you may have to add xanthan gum. I would look at some gluten free roll recipes and get a feel for what they call for and the technique and then you should be able to substitute the ingredients in this recipe. Let me know how it works out!
Oh yes! They are the best. AND, I used the leftover rolls to make an amazing breakfast bread pudding that I can't wait to share. Talk about grab a cup of coffee! This new recipe is perfect with a cup of coffee!
Definitely gotta try this one on my kitchen aid :)

That's a great idea!
Do I need a tray and silicone top if I have a Speedi ninja? I ‘m a new Foodi user.
There is nothing that smells better than yeast bread baking. These look wonderful!
I agree!
Made your soft dinner rolls for Thanksgiving and they were a huge hit! Everyone loved them. Thanks again Louise. You make our lives better.
Oh, I am so glad you all enjoyed them!

Once your husband starts eating the great food you make, he will forget all about the purchase! LOL Enjoy! Where in Maryland?
I live in Bowie.

For my health i no longer eat animal products, but enjoy watching what a great instructor you are.
Thank you!
I'm sure you can find some really amazing vegan recipes and incorporate some of Louise's tips into the vegan version...with some adjustments.
Absolutely, I just have to experiment using her clear directives.

So delicious, my family loved them. They were so much fun to make. Thank you Louise for all the step by step recipes. I love your you tube channel.
I'm so glad to hear this! I love these rolls!
Just made these and the sweet potato casserole. Wow!! Soo good and you make it all easy to follow. Thank you!!
I just love all your recipes especially your beef stew. It was amazing. I can't wait to try these rolls.

I'm so glad you enjoyed them! Just an FYI, on my website I have both F and C temps as well as metric measurements.
Can't wait to do these for the holidays. They look amazing!
I hope you love them!
This video followed the Shepard’s Pie (which is amazing), so I watched it and now inspired to make these rolls!
I hope you love them!
Wow looks delicious! They looked perfect!
they are so yummy! I just used the rest of the rolls in a breakfast casserole that was outstanding. I can't wait to get that recipe out!
Good afternoon, I bought Ninja 9: 1, please tell me at what temperature and time to bake white bread and biscuit, thank you very much in advance.
Which ninja foodie are you using?
I just found your channel and am really liking your instructions
Most of my recipes are made in the 6.5 qt.
Great rolls. What size /model is the ninja foodie you are using to make these rolls?
Thanks and it is the 6.5 qt.

My mom and aunt can do it in their sleep, too! Practice makes perfect for sure!

Louise, I don't have a ninja foodie or anything but a regular oven so well I have to do anything differently as far as baking goes?
I would increase the oven temp to 375F and see how they cook, you can always lower if needed. Otherwise, everything is the same. I hope you love them!

Thank you! I will be doing some keto friendly types of recipes in January.
Could you possibly do a recipe for fried rice? I enjoy your cooking videos.

They are frozen and ready to be made

where do you get the little glass dishes?
The Dollar Tree for the little ones and the bigger ones are from Pampered Chef.
I would love to have you make rye bread.
I just bought some rye flour to do just that. I love rye bread!
I would love to see that too
What scale are you using, and where did you get it?
It's an old scale from Pampered Chef, they don't sell it anymore though.
You are so homey love to watch you
Thank you so much!

Have you done cookies? I just got my foodie and it seems like cookies are the hardest to get perfect!
I just did some peanut butter cookies last night. The temp needs to be much lower, 275F worked for me.
Could you use gluten free flour? My wife is gluten sensitive.
