As much as I hate to say it, we'll never get another gem as good as the original dbz budokai, in terms of cutscenes at least. This game is just spot on, especially the gamecube version. I only wished it would've went all the way to the buu saga.
You're absolutely right the first original Budokai for PS2 was just amazing perfect graphics for its time amazing storyline the list goes on. And then they started doing everything and comic book form and that s*** look like crap...

The way the epic music is playing and Goku is saying all that inspirational stuff "Look inside yourself...it's there you'll find the power you need" and finishing with Gohan going "YES." That along with "It's over, Frieza" Proves that the music can fucking make or break a part.
The music at 3:56 gets me every time. Every dragon ball game should end with that music even if the composer ripped off other songs at least he did it well

@DBZ150 True that,i was really dissapointed with the Tenkaichi 3 cutscenes Whenever a villains kills someone,they just switch character,the character has low life and the villain uses an attack to kill him Plus,whenever anyone dies,they just fall on the ground facedown,not even a sound effect or final words to go with the death

No. If you see this ending and the ending of the cell saga in the anime, it's vegeta's big bang attack that hurts cell enough to let his guard down, and gives Gohan the chance to destroy cell. So actually, Vegeta was vital to the destruction of cell.
Somebody tell me how this gets the SSJ Goku in the Father son Ka me Ha me Ha right but not in the Burst limit where they improved it so much but yet they miss that little detail
