@@ChadSecrets After a bit of research, I stand corrected. 👍 Eros was the first fragrance I bought and to me it didn’t look like snakes on the bottle. I googled the name eros and the Greek god of passion seemed like a more appropriate logo for a fragrance brand.
One thing i discovered about cologne, is that sample whatever you can. Reviews don't normally reflect performance of a fragrance. I read how dylan blue wasn't that good from fragrantica reviews. I finally got 100ml bottle at $45. I was blown away by the projection and overall performance of dylan blue. Yeah i have dior suavage elixir, versace eros edp & ysl Y edp. The performance i get from dylan blue is amazing & beats all the three i have mentioned above. Conclusion: the fragrance game is personal, sample as many as you can, so you identify the one that suits you.
So, I’m updating this after my blind buy. I am so so glad I listened to you and got this. I’m extremely happy with this. I can’t stop smelling myself lol. It’s youthful, but not juvenile at all. Kind of a classy feel good scent. I’m absolutely loving this. Probably my fav Versace scent actually. I’m still waiting for eau fraiche so I’ll compare it to that when it come. Thanks, definitely enjoying this
It makes me very happy to hear that you had success with a blind buy. You are very accurate in your description! It's definitely one of my favorite as well
Dylan blue is the king of blues. Nothing compares to Dylan blue. I had all other 3. Sauvage edp, ysl y edp, and BDC edp. I was so mad I bought the 3.4oz of sauvage and Ysl y edp instead of buying a sample. I thought I was going to love them so I just blind bought both. I rarely wore those fragrances and I probably had 90% left in each bottle. I didn’t even try to sell it to make my money back. I threw both in the trash. Now BDC edp I really liked a lot but it really didn’t develope at all and the dry down just smelled like woods and that’s it. Dylan blue smells so amazing from the opening to the mid to the dry down it developes. it doesn’t stay linear. Dylan blue the greatest blue ever created. A masterpiece.
It is my personal favorite of the three as well. When my friend asked me to get him just one fragrance, this was what I picked up, and he loved it. Hard not to!
Blindly bought this fragrance, and it's wierd in that i didn't quite like it at first but the more i smelled it the more i liked it and now it's basically my signature scent (wierd how some fragrances can have that effect, at least for me) Definitely one of the best blind buys i've made
Both of them is my all time favorite. I have them between Azzaro The Most Wanted. Versace Dylan gave me compliments and Dior Savage just smells ... Amazing. if I had to choose between Dior & Dylan Blue, Dylan wins by far 👌🏾
Blind bought this bc of you and a few other people saying this better than Dior, and wow I’ve been sleep on this, smells really good and versatile appreciate you
I always wanted to smell like my favorite sandal wood incense sticks, but I was ignorant to this whole fragrance game. Now I' ve been doing some research and testing some parfums and I'm so happy that I finally found Dylan Blue. I sprayed it two times on my wrist and 5 hours later I can still smell it a little while I'm sitting behind the desk, even when it's kinda cold in my room. I spent most of the day with Dylan Blue and I can say it gives me relaxed type of confidence. It's versatile, calming, attractive, mature and doesn't smell synthethic 🤘Also I dislike the smell of black pepper but in this case... it's awesome. Like some very expensive, exotic black pepper that you can only find in Dylan Blue. Gonna probably buy a full bottle now!
I wore it at the gym and got 3 complements, one older lady said wow u smell nice, one of my buddies asked where could he buy it, and a girl switching me on bench said whatever cologne your wearing smells amazing.
I sprayed this on the back of my hand and you can see more oils and less alcohol than you normally see in an EDT. I prefer it over Sauvage because it’s not as bland and soapy as Sauvage.
It's currently my scent of the night ha. I do prefer it over sauvage because it smells higher quality and more sophisticated. But sauvage is still a go to 😁

Another blind buy because of you. Thanks lol. I liked your review of this, can’t wait to get it in a few days. One cologne I find myself reaching for is actually Hollister wave. I think it’s the aquatic spicyness of it. If that’s even a thing. Another is Burberry. I do have around 10 or 11 colognes right now. I find different outfits require a different scent :) I’d like to know your take on the Hugo line. They have quite a few scents, just not sure as to how they stack up. Thanks again for the honest review
I appreciate that. Thank you! I actually have yet to try the Hollister but some friends in the space tell me some good things. I have reviews coming of the new Hugo Boss Bottled Elixir, and The Scent Private Accord 👌👌
I met this fragrance because of Jeremy, i was at the shopping mall and i saw it (i wasn't even thinking on this fragrance) and when i smelled it, i couldn't stop doing it. Days after, i bought it. I can wash my shirt and it's still smelling, even days. It's amazing, and the smell just adictive.
Dylan Blue still a banger for me, and has gotten me more compliments than Sauvage and BDC combined. I actually like Acqua Essenziale Blu and Dylan Blue more than those. Both done by Alberto Morillas too.
I'm just curious, they say that to say a dylan blue is authentic, check if the atomizer is black. But why is yours white? I'm curious because I recently bought this perfume and mine is also white, but except for that, everything looks authentic.
I think the atomizer color was changed then! To guarentee authenticity, spray on one hand, go to a retail shop, and spray their tester on the other hand. Compare the two smells. Thats the only accurate way to do it
Nice video. I love Versace Dylan Blue. I had 25 fragrances at one time in my collection, but I prefer a smaller and more weather focused collection. I usually wear four scents based on the weather: 1.Drakkar Intense (Cold) 2.D&G Pour Homme (Cool) 3.Versace Dylan Bleu (Warm) 4.D&G Light Blue (Hot) I also enjoy Versace Eros Flame for cooler temperatures and English Laundry Cambridge Knight for warmer.
Hello. Dylan blue is reformulated ? I read that many people complain about the 2023 version. You can evaluate and make a video. what do you think of this news?
Personally, i dont buy it. I get comments about every single fragrance i have done reviews on being reformulated. Everyone percieves fragrances different and goes into them with too high expectations. 90% of the time, people are just going noseblind 👌 Majority of reformulations are taking out an ingredient not safe for humans anyways 🤷♂️
@@ChadSecrets il tuo discorso vale per tutti i profumi fatti prima del 2012 . Dal 2012 sono stati riformulati. Dylan blue è stato prodotto nel 2017 se ricordo bene quindi non dovrebbe essere mai riformulato.
Hi Chad, I'm 16 and I would like a fragrance for this summer with really good projection and longevity (but also with a sexy smell). Would you suggest me dylan blue? I'm also curious about D&B Light Blue Eau Intense. Thank you for your time.
Hey there Tomas! Dylan Blue is a good choice but i would say is better suited for a bit older. Light Blue intense is good but not the best performance. I have a review of that if you want to watch! I can recommend Rasasi Hawas. It has more versatility than just summer but I think you would like it. Check both reviews to see if they sound right for you! I'm here to answer whatever questions you have
This thing is my #1 recommendation for starters on a budget. You will smell amazing to 95% of women and yourself and it costs almost nothing at $40 for a 100ml tester. Nevermind the fact that it's a bit boring like sauvage, wait until you get more money or invested into the hobby if you want something more unique.
Great video! What is the year of manufacture of your bottle? I've seen reports on forums that Dylan Blue has lost power in recent batches. Greetings from Brazil!
Thank you for watching! My bottle is from 2022, but I dont think this has lost any power at all. I have tried a 2023 tester from a store to compare with, and it was the same. This cologne is easy to go noseblind to, so thats whats happening to most people!
I bought 1 week ago 200ml of Dylan blue from an official store here in Italy, it lastes on my skin max 1h to 2 hr, but it is an amazing scent… (it is a genuine product)
3:25 _I think that if you were to buy three fragrances, Dylan Blue is one to consider_ . Ok. Which other two fragrances to do you recommend along with Dylan Blue?
Well it depends on taste. I just mean this or a fragrance like this deserves a spot in everyones collection. Easy to wear and versatile should be a staple
I would definetly recommend Dylan Blue for 20/25 year old, mature, intelligent guy who likes to dress well but not too elegant. If you're shy and you don't know what you want in life it's definetly not for you. If you're confident, cool and not overly expressive or loud then it's gonna suit your character in every situation. Better choice than any Sauvage - better price and more unique (at leasty in my city). I never smell it on anybody.
I think this fragrance is more suited for men over 55. It's a very heavy scent; yes, it lasts a long time, but it made me feel nauseous the whole time. At one point, I even thought it was fake, but it turned out to be the original.
@@ChadSecrets No, no, I'm not trying to convince anyone otherwise; I'm just offering a second opinion. This perfume is advertised as fresh and inviting, but that's far from the truth. The scent is very distinct and heavy, and it's not suitable for everyone.
I'm trying to decide between Dylan Blue and JPG Ultramale. Both seem amazing, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on which one you prefer and why. My wallet is leaning towards Dylan Blue, but my instincts are favoring Ultra Male lol. Im not really new into the fragrance world even though I have like 7 fragrances for now.
You will find that Dylan Blue is more versatile and carries wrll from day to night. My ultra male collects dust until i find myself in situations where i want a bit more attention
Ultra male will give you a headache it’s so obnoxious And you will smell girly. Get Dylan blue. Chicks love this scent. Dylan blue never lost a street battle
Actually, this is a FANTASTIC gym scent, just make sure you only use one single spray on the chest. Otherwise, when you heat up and start perspiring during cardio, this stuff suddenly goes "Godzilla melting everything around him" thermonuclear. This stuff is the most bang for the buck out of any designer house. This stuff is 9/10. However, there is a fragrance that's way better but notably more expensive, and that's YSL Y EDP. That stuff beats Dylan Blue in every street battle, and usually by total smackdown. I use boith for gym and office, they're both perfect for any environment, though not the most sensual for date night. These are blue fragrances after all.
I personally prefer my Versace Eros EDP over the Dylan Blue or Sauvage EDP that I have. Sauvage is ok but it just seems generic & over bearing. I don't wear the Sauvage all that much & haven't gotten any notice with Sauvage or the Dylan Blue like I have the Versace Eros that I did a couple of times. I personally like both the Eros & the Dylan Blue but they both come off a bit unisex to me. I still like them though but the only benefit with the Sauvage is it's more masculine. Otherwise I have never got one compliment or notice yet wearing the Sauvage EDP for the last year+. Seems maybe over worn & over rated now perhaps maybe? Thankfully I never got any headaches from it like some others have mentioned. I do all I can to avoid spraying or getting any colognes on my clothes. If any fragrances gets on my clothes than the odor smells become a bit different imo I've noticed. Not a fan of that. lol
Dior Sauvage is the most popular mens fragrance imo. Its heavily overplayed. Which is why most people will not give compliments for it. It just makes you "smell like everyone else" i like the citrus fruity that comes out in Dylan Blue in the dry down which makes it a better of the two. I agree on Eros smelling better than both though!
I can wear that at a date? I have perfumes would be good at dates but i i should get one between it and acqua de geo pourfumo what would be better for dates u think ?
How does Dylan Blue compare to Y EDP? I'm trying to decide between the two and unfortunately stuck with blind buying. Is Y EDP better for the cooler weather comparatively? And would you say it has more of a sexy quality compared to the Dylan Blue owing to the sweetness?
I can confirm that what you said is accurate. YSL Y EDP is definitely on the sexier side and may last longer due to the fact that it has EDP concentration. I feel like it's a bit louder because of the sweet and spicy notes. They are quite different from each other, so it's hard to recommend one over the other. More youthful ysl y. More masculine dylan blue
@@pwj86772 agree. I threw mine in the trash. It’s so synthetic and bitter and not a completed fragrance. I love bleu de Chanel edp and Versace Dylan blue as my 2 all time favorite blue fragrances.
Not the same thing at all.... I prefer Dylan blue. And projection / longevity Dylan Blue wins again even if Prada l'Homme is not bad on that side (6 hours vs 8 for DB)
Thanks for the responses guys! I only used Dylan blue before and I get so many complements that I feel so hard to change. However recently I got Dior savage elixir for special occasions.
Just blind bought this after 3 years and 30 reviews hyping it...I was laughing. It smells like a fresh and dry simple after shower deo....Axe Deo Spray or something.... Opening is good but after a while i smell almost nothing. People have said it´s almost too warm for summer and it has some smokiness...I smell no sweetness or smoke at all. Even my Boss Reversed is better than this. I find Pour Homme and Man eau fraiche even better haha Have to wear it more cos this can´t be true
@@ChadSecrets I live in a small town and recently i was on a trip so i bought 4 fragrances in a mall. They didn´t have any tester on Dylan Blue so blind bought that one. I do a lot of research before buying stuff haha. you know how it works when we get a bit addicted

@@ChadSecrets the one you reviewed on Gentlemen’sJourney a little more recently? Just purchased Dylan Blue over that one, hoping it was the better decision, but the other one is even cheaper and an affordable buy as well
That is true. I have t tested out the performance though thats the problem. It does kind of have a blu de chanel mixed with dylan blue smell. Not sure if it lasts as long as either though! Ill get it soon and let you know

Boy I hope they get it right and it's the same exact scent but stronger. I think Cool Water Intense messed this up a bit. I like it it's ok but Cool Water regular edt is still the better winner for me, they just have totally different odors. I will wait till this is released to see the reviews on the Dylan Blue Parfum version.
Dylan blue or eros edp? I like the scent of eros and am sold on buying it but am considering dylan blue. Is it worth to blind buy or should I go for the safe option?
For me, I didn't like dylan Blue that much for me. It's so light, and it doesn't last, and so now I layer dylan blue with ck one shock, and it's much better for my nose. I also for summer I prefer lacost White or balance
That's unfortunate it doesnt last for you. Very interesting layering choice i will have to give that a try! For me it seems to hold up. I really like lacoste white though! Smells amazing
@CloseProximity maybe, but I checked everything, and it's not fake, and I also got other opinions . I think maybe I was using it in winter, and hopefully, summer will be better
I had dior sauvage edt and my girlfriend told me "you are smelling like arabs change your cologne" I was like wtf. I paid hella for that shit. Now I'm looking for something which is not smelling like arabs lmao I think I'm going to buy this one
Haha stay away from anything strong in musk or pepper then. Or just spray less 😅 If you like Dior Sauvage smell, but it's too strong, Prada luna Rossa Carbon may be a better fit!
This is a gorgeous, elegant yet easygoing fragrance. It is NOT juvenile. Anything in the invictus, one million, or sauvage line THATS juvenile. People say its a poor mans sauvage. NO. Its a smart mans sauvage. People only buy shit like sauvage because its sauvage. I have dior homme and it SUCKS. you wear what you want! Any age man could wear this. Any age.
Your review is great but I’m just setting expectations for consumers that have never owned it before that it won’t last 8-10 hours. When thinking of long lasting colognes Dylan blue doesnt come to mind
Dude your so jaded by Frag Comm, and i understand. I do have an "affiliate" link to buy that was added VERY recently. I never had that partnership at the recording of this video... @4lifedeathwish thank you. I always tell people what i get and thats what i get. On skin that NO fragrance performs well off of so 🤷♂️ This is a heavy synthetic ambroxan bomb and i for sure do go noseblind to this. And majority will
I watched all these reviews on Dylan Blue and it scores extremely well in nearly every video. Went out and bought some on a blind buy. Put it on. All I could think was "old people sore muscle cream." I'll never wear it again. My son is getting a free 200ml bottle of this over-rated crap.
Sauvage EDT is better. I’m not a big Sauvage fan either. Dylan blue opening smells too complex and sweet. The dry down get better. Smells like an old man.

I bought 1 week ago 200ml of Dylan blue from an official store here in Italy, it lastes on my skin max 1h to 2 hr, but it is an amazing scent… (it is a genuine product)
@iTzRekt probably lasts longer you just are not smelling it. It truly is very good and a compliment puller!
I smelled it after a long time...literally my Blue de Chanel is no where close
What one do you like better!?
@@ChadSecrets I mean Dylan blue
@@tjk4929 you liking the dior better or the dylan blue
@@ChadSecrets 😅😅😅 excuse my English....I mean Dylan blue smelled more luxurious than Blue de Chanel...😊
@@tjk4929 haha, no problem. I agree with you!
Absolutely. Well said!
I think this fragrance is more suited for men over 55. It's a very heavy scent; yes, it lasts a long time, but it made me feel nauseous the whole time. At one point, I even thought it was fake, but it turned out to be the original.
If you dont like it, why come and try to influence others opinions? Its okay not to like it but come on 😅
@@ChadSecrets No, no, I'm not trying to convince anyone otherwise; I'm just offering a second opinion. This perfume is advertised as fresh and inviting, but that's far from the truth. The scent is very distinct and heavy, and it's not suitable for everyone.
Dylan Blue and Eros Flame easily cover the whole year around all seasons and every occasions.
This one and y edp and both great. Dylan blue is super versatile too which i love
DB is nothing exceptional in scent, but it's what ladies like.... fresh and sweet. Not too sweet and has the incense to add masculinity.
That is a very good and correct summary. The ladies do like it!
Me personally, this is my go to cologne i donot like it but for some reason the women love it
Just got the 200ml
Version for 70€
Dang, very good deal!
Copped 200ml for 70 bucks that's a steal for something I can use everyday.
An absolute steal 👏
curious why you don't review Versace Pour Homme (AKA Signature)??? It's one of the classics and a staple for most collections
I will be doing that one soon in the spiring or summer 😁
@@ChadSecretsThanks! Dylan Blue is a flanker of that one, as is Versace pour homme Oud Noir - same bottle design for all of them just different colors
Both are great but profumo is discontinued and hard to get now
How does Dylan Blue compare to Y EDP?
Y edp is horrible, it’s so pungent and headache incuding….it’s the ultimate f-boy scent
@@pwj86772 agree. I threw mine in the trash. It’s so synthetic and bitter and not a completed fragrance. I love bleu de Chanel edp and Versace Dylan blue as my 2 all time favorite blue fragrances.
It’s time for Dylan Blue Parfum
It absolutely is!
Dylan blue or Prada lhomme, which has a better projection and longevity?
Not the same thing at all.... I prefer Dylan blue. And projection / longevity Dylan Blue wins again even if Prada l'Homme is not bad on that side (6 hours vs 8 for DB)
Both about the same but the ambroxan in Dylan Blue will make it more noticeable to the nose. They actually are about the same though
You sure you got a real fragrance? Why watch 30 reviews and not even just go and sample it before buying? Not everyone will like everything so 🤷
@@ChadSecrets I live in a small town and recently i was on a trip so i bought 4 fragrances in a mall. They didn´t have any tester on Dylan Blue so blind bought that one. I do a lot of research before buying stuff haha. you know how it works when we get a bit addicted
@@ChadSecrets went to a café today with Dylan Blue and gave a female friend a hug...She said: You smell good. Haha ok It seem like Dyland Blue is working after all. I Smell nothing so it makes me 99% Nose blind

Can you suggest a bit cheap perfume, long lasting, compliment magnet??
Dylan blue is exactly that
You can find like a 1oz bottle of Versace Dylan Blue for around $35 or maybe a bit cheaper at times..
Great thing about dylan blue is evryone wears etos its good but dylan blue is better
The Ambronxin makes any one nose blind
Very true !!
Unfortunately, yeah
Really?! Maybe that's what I'm experiencing.
New batches are just weak...
Avoid spraying at the front of neck. Too close to the nose and your nose gets used to constantly smelling it then you go nose blind
Dylan blue is like that baby brother who you always love. Dior sauvage is that crazy ex you always go back too.
Would you say $118 for Dylan blue 100ml cologne is not worth it? Do you think Amazon is a good choice for buying cologne I see the 100ml cologne for $92. Also are those cologne websites really that good because how can they be that cheap and are they real?
If you are in US or canada places like: FragranceBuy, FragranceNet are the best places for authentic discounted fragrances. Shop at authentic discounters for better prices!
I have the link in description but it may be sold out atm. If you have any questions about these sites feel free to ask!
@@ChadSecrets how do those cologne websites sell it for so low? It just doesn’t seem right for it to be real
@Okokman Ok thats a good video topic. I'll make one on that in depth as a comment can't provide that much detail. Needless to say, they can be trusted if you shop at the right ones 👍 stay tuned
That's an insane price!!! I got 100ml for 38 bucks!!
Versace Dylan blue vs Armaf Club De Nuit Intense?
Well its like saying creed aventus vs dylan blue. Armaf fragrance is a clone. Dylan Blue wins for being more original.

Dylan Bleu Parfum will be released this year!
That is EXACTLY what this needs. Looking forward to that!
Boy I hope they get it right and it's the same exact scent but stronger. I think Cool Water Intense messed this up a bit.
Think you may have a fake or are noseblind because dylan blue is extremely strong and long lasting

@@ChadSecrets Amazing smell and very versatile, a good choice. Blind Buy Worthy!✌🏼
Any age.
Dylan blue lasting 8-10 hours is a flat out lie. More like 2-4 hours tops
Yeah cus i have a reason to "lie" your going noseblind..
