- Hey guys, today i am changing the oil on my 1150 gs. Same procedure for 1100.
Oil i used:

Filter:
Toyota Hilux
P/N: 90915-20005
Torque settings:
Sump plug: 31nm
Oil filter: 10nm
Bash plate: 10nm - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Great video Dan, like the camera work and clear instruction as well. As pointed out, the reversed camera really made me lol twice at the fasteners lol. Great work.

I do 5000 miles or 1 year at the moment it is every 1 year I do. Spec from bmw is 6000 miles or 1 year
