Homeowner here. I always thought of fungicide as something necessary during hot humid weather not the fall. Is a fall app of fungicide also a good idea for a home lawn as well?
Just mow and fertilize. The herbicides are useless against poa especially on bentggrass. Foramsulfuron works well for poa on Bermuda grass . In Texas I spray every three weeks after the blue bonnets are finished seeding out. The post herbicides will not work when poa is flowering

Fungicide doesn’t control Poa. That was a bit confusing
