We need to highlight this important observation to Central Law Minister....
1. Why not mentioning He / She in beneficiary side instead of only She......for all act belongs to Rape / Sexual assault / Home Violence etc......right & protection shall be equal, not one side
2. Why no strong rule for punishment of fraud petisioner in case of fraud allegiance of Sexual assault / Rape / Home Violence. 10 yrs jail + 1 crore fine for fraud case filling shall mandatory. Because this fraud case breaking IPC basic principle of " Innocent never get punished even thousands guilty escaped".
