Well Jonathan, you just proved an old adage...you're never too old to learn...Mar nor I knew that you could preserve eggs. We are glad to hear you're all feeling better. Question, what's the process for freezing eggs? We love and miss you all so very much!!! God Bless

Thank you so much!! 💕🤗 We use a silicone cupcake mold, and just crack the eggs into the mold and freeze until solid.
They pop right out and go into a labeled freezer bag. We leave them on the counter to thaw; they work great for baked goods.
