On my Sporting save I’ve tended to be a bit lazier with negotiations and often bump up the agent fee if it’s a greedy agent I’m dealing with, this has led to all the agents really liking me and I feel like I’ve noticed less unreasonable demands during negotiations than in previous saves. Might be worth considering! :)

Establishing ourselves as a PL team is the medium-term goal, I think you're going about it very sensibly.

Offer players to clubs at a fraction of the price. When they declare interest and make a bid reject it and ask for slightly more. Keep rejecting their bid and increase. Best way to sell for a good price.
Sell machete value is really high for such a low quality player. Also go back for Walder he may have lowered his wage demands as it’s later in the window he’s easily worth 60pw

These are the best seasons for me when you get to the point of developing youth and challenging better teams but you have hit top division, ground is OK and facilities are getting there - can really look forwards to what the youngsters do on the pitch for you
The future at CB and CM looks bright, so many players with potential. The LWB looks great too though I hate that 9 workrate. I think striker is the one position you might struggle with again, the Stoke guy looks close to his PA as does Gaspar tbh.

Also realized you haven't exercised to get Walder permanently, it's worth to try considering he's our top assist last season.
