We are about 20 minutes in and I'm going to tell you why you don't want the AI to create a database from your screens. Unless of course that's all you'll ever do with the data. You want the data organized according to its inherent properties. If you set up the data for these screens it may not be structured for other use cases you find for the data in the future. You might be using derived data to create the data structure. I've been away from programming and data administration for quite a while. But I believe that's how it works.
I put the following prompt into ChatGPT. It will answer why you don't want the LLM to create the database from the screens you've just generated: "Why wouldn't you want an LLM to create a database from application screens the LLM has generated previously?"

I believe that it would take a bit of time to actually develop a solid backend / frontend and API just by simply prompting. But as you know Prompting like this is all new and in a year or so I think it's going to be mad.
In the meantime, I think a good mix is Prompting + Developer (needing less time) + Analytical mind.
