The potential for this game mostly if they implemented some of the mods I’ve seen (Beam struggles, more character transformations, Transformation traits, More in depth Super/Ultimate attacks, A world tournament mode and the customization of ki charge). Like if some of these kidders got to actually work in the next development of Xenoverse 3 (which I doubt we’ll get) shit could be so much fun

NPCs transforming in battle is part of the base mod patch. You can set a setting that gives them a percent based chance of transforming when their hp is at certain thresholds, and you can even set it to 100% to guarantee it. They're not smart about timing the transformations though, and will usually just do it willy nilly when they decide to.
So beam clashes where in development for a bit, but due to continued additions within the dragon ball universe that needed to be represented in game it and many other requested features are on the back burner. Last I heard it is likely that most of the new and improved features will be apart of the big massive content update next year!

I spent 100s of hours making a masterpiece of a modlist with over 800 mods that dont conflict etc for Skyrim. So, this should be alot easier.
