It is case by case, but should never be “what just happened?” More like “I saw this. Is that what you saw or is it something else?” You have to have a general idea of the possibility of what the other referees saw or missed. Or a confirmation “I saw the player step out, but you had the better view and did not call it, we’re they not out?” As for the disqualification, it’s more like “The player should be disqualified, any reason not to?” Many situations, but the reason has to be very specific for Gogi and the conversation should be brief.
