❤️ The factory looks very clean, and i've always wondered how the team kept making such good products and after seeing it i'm in awe and amazement, truly hats off to the brahmins team. And hats off to the management for maintaining such a hygienic plant and also making sure only the most fine products make it out of the factory.
I am a fan of Brahmins products especially the sambar powder. We were using it before 2 decades and it was just 10rs per 100gm packet 😊😊. The quality and taste can never compared with any of the brands those days.
Eventually moved out of Kerala and not sure why Brahmins products are not available especially in Chennai.
If the brand owner is seeing this msg please look into it. There are lots of malayalees outside Kerala still waiting for your products to be available

When I visited such a facility abroad, I saw wheat grains being washed with water before the grains are grinded to flour. It will make sure that any remaining pesticides are removed. So, there was no need to remove nutritious layer in the beginning.

ഒരു ലേയർ മാറ്റി പോളിഷ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്തിനാണ്? ആ ലേയർ മാറ്റിയാൽ മൈദ പോലെ സോഫ്റ്റ് ആകും. ഫൈബർ ഇല്ലാത്ത ആട്ട ആരോഗ്യത്തിന് നന്നല്ല.
