Me at the bar with my metal friends: - Have you heard Be'Lakor? No? They have this album called Vessels. Their second track is about hydrogen. No no hear me out, its an epic story of the birth of our Sun. And it ends on its way to Earth. No, let me finish *burp*. The next song is really good. It's about a plant. Srsly though the poetry in Vessels is insane. Best story telling metal band I have ever heard.
Does anyone know if they still have their regular jobs? Last time I remember, at least before Vessels, they were working full-time while writing for the band.
Those 10 months are over now :D but at least they gave some feedback from the studio meanwhile. It will be album of the year, no matter which year they will finally release it.
I love this band and this album. This is storytelling in it's finest, just amazing music. This is why I only listen to these types of Metal music. The lyrics, with no offensive language, just like poetry. With meaning and something you can learn from these lyircs/story
a hymn, a legacy that should be heard by those who come after us and those who still do not believe in the miracle of life and nature. long live belakor.
Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful riffs, 4:51 kills me every time When I listen to this song, I feel connection to something much more beautiful and meaningful than everything out there Only a few bands can make me feel something similar.
Greetings from Finland with far more metal bands per capita that any other country in the world. This was amazing, keep up doing what you're doing so well.
I didn't know this band until a few days ago. It was a cool surprise, I don't know why but I expected some inaudible black metal xD This is truly great music. I also love the lyrics videos. Time to go back and hear the full albums!!! :D
Best songwriting. Best Lyrics. Best Music-Atmosphere. Best Prog death metal Band. #belakorband, some news on the horizon? Greetings from italy, i love you guys!
this really is a fuckin superb mix. vocals sound rough like omnium gatherum but without being up-mixed to the point of just sounding abrasive and hoarse. keep the subtle nuance guys, it's what makes you amazing
Since I discovered this band last year, I've been listening all 4 records on rotate almost every day for the past 6 months.... (all this while I'm waiting for the new Paradise Lost album). I don't like any other melodeath band mainly because of the vocals ( cleans too cheesy or growls too dry). Be'lakor is just perfect, you can distinguish clearly every instrument, all well balanced. I specially love the guitars and bass. I hope they release a new album this year too.
Why would you post this old-ish song (definitely not complaining) as a lyric video? This makes me very suspicious... Very suspicious... Are you preparing us for THAT day...
I fucking love Vessels. The storytelling is fenomenal. I cant wait for what next that they will release. These lyrical videos is what I need during times like this. Surprisingly so many details in the videos that rhimes well with my own ideas when hearing these songs for the first time.
thanks for all the lyrics video's . as soon as this covid shit is over and you get to touring again , there is NO excuse for anyone to not belt along your songs
I think it is in the lost Book of Enoch: '' And the Angels cut down all the trees''.. I dont know why they would to it, but this song reminds me of this..

Humans are a lot like trees…🤔
I am so f**king thankful that this genre exist while I am alive, that I can experience theses beautiful materials
never thought that a plant's life could be so dramatic, yet so metal.
hands down my favorite from Be'Lakor

BE'LAKOR, INSOMNIUN & ONMIUM GATHERUM The Best 0f Atmosferic Melodic DeathMetal

Yes sir
I smell new material in the near future...
I really hope it's true, as well. They've been relatively silent about it for a long time, but this makes me anticipate an update.
@@ptr_does_music7042 check their twitter.. =)
Please god! The monthly listeners on spotify is a travesty.

This is one of Be'lakor's all time Classic Songs.
Just a perfect weave of different musical elements that never gets old

Yup, every song has great lyrics about survival in nature and has parallels to human behavior and psychology too me thinks.
i also recommend the black dahlia murder for very poetic lyrics; they are much darker than be'lakor lyrics but very well written.
@@firefist906 "A hippocratic oath I swore in Hell" gets me every time. Also, one of the best live bands I've ever seen on their 2021 tour.
Songs from 4 years ago suddenly have lyric videos?
NEW BE'LAKOR CONFIRMED?
YES! They wrote the songs already, I don't know if they entered the studio yet!
2:05 what the fuck guys. Well fucking done - holy synergy.
Beautiful riffs, It hasn't happened to me for a long time, like when I was listening to opeth in the 2000s
Yeah, this track totally reminds me of opeth, after the first 2 minutes opening theme is done.
I see Be'lakor I press 👍👍👍👍
a hymn, a legacy that should be heard by those who come after us and those who still do not believe in the miracle of life and nature. long live belakor.
What an album Vessels is.
Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful riffs, 4:51 kills me every time

Only a few bands can make me feel something similar.
If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it,
would BE'LAKOR still make a song about it?
Yeah, and it'd be fucking amazing too.
10 minutes of art in the maximum expression i loved the song and the video💯
I have been listening to this song a lot the past few days! what a lovely coincidence!
I can’t explain my love for you guys
Greetings from Finland with far more metal bands per capita that any other country in the world. This was amazing, keep up doing what you're doing so well.

God fucking damn. This is just awesome.
Esta cancion es una de las mejores que existen en el mundo del Death Metal. Felicidades Belakor !! X) 🤘🤘

On their bandcamp they announced they put it together while trapped at home because this album in particular meant a lot to them.
@@stonium69 means a lot to us too ;)
Man, they already have new material written and are in the process of recording atm, so they are building up hype.
Meanwhile it's a lyric video, now you!!!
Because this song is so epic it deserves 10 thousand different lyrics videos!
Minha música predileta desse álbum. Saudações do Brasil!

Alucinante...

Very atmospheric philosophical melodic black metal. I'm really looking forward to the fifth album. I hope he is ready.
All the best bands come from somewhere else. 😉
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Reminds me of the poetry in "Let Us Go To The Rose" by Current93
God, this song is so fucking good.
The new album can't come soon enough \m/
💜💜💜💜💜💜
These Lyrics are actually written By God.
I would have love Withering Strands + Roots to Sever. You can barely grasp that intro. Now i need to listen Roots to Sever.
4:52❤️
Respect from Ukraine!
Cool
You should have continue it with Roots to Sever. Hope The Be'Lakor next album will be in the same quality line than all their discography.

Great part of the song, agreed.
the best part. Gives me chills every time. The build up to it and everything.
Is that a Malazan reference?
