Thank you pastor. Love your musical intros with all the different video angles. Of all the Bible reviewers I subscribe to, you are the best at these intros. If I was a publisher I would hire you for the marketing videos. God bless and Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Aw, thank you my brother! Your words are always so encouraging 🤗❤️ I actually know I could do much better but this is just a hobby and I really don't have all the time and gear I would like to have in order to produce better content, but I appreciate your kindness 🙏🏽 May our Lord Jesus Christ give you and yours a wonderful Christmas season and a blessed 2022 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Blessings my friend 🤗🤗🤗
There is so many good bibles coming out I can't recall this many releases in a long time. The gray and blue verse by verse is very tempting too. Also the compact maclaren
Yes, I still have a few sitting on my desk that I haven't reviewed yet and another just came in... It's hard to keep up with so many Bibles coming out right now 😆 But I'm grateful that I get to review them and hopefully help buyers make informed decisions. I've been able to give a few to friends and family so that's a blessing! Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my Bible reviews 😉 I really appreciate it 🤗
I gave this one away to a friend and I can't really remember much about it except for what I mention in the video... so sorry! The paper seemed to be good, though, for what I remember. Not top notch, but decent nonetheless. Blessings!
Line matching refers to the words on the page matching exactly the same location in each line as the words on the page on the back of that page. This reduces show through since you won't see the print from one page on the back of that page, or at least you see much less of that. Let me know if I answered your question.
This bible would be perfect IF it was verse by verse and line matched. Thickness is irrelevant to me, so extra pages because of verse by verse is fine for me. I use the references a lot and finding a verse this way is impossible with those tiny numbers. ;)
@@crucified4me I ordered that one but have now been waiting for more than three months. I cancelled it today and am now looking at the NKJV single column reference in brown goatskin. The only setback is the small gutter space. Daniel it seems that there is always a catch no matter what they just can't make all the right decisions on a layout it seems. Gutter space is pretty important in thick books right?
@@julianj7d374, yes, I agree... A bit more gutter space is definitely lacking in many of these Bibles. In a single-column it doesn't bother me as much though, as in a double column, since my main concern is writing notes or cross-references close to the verse they refer to. I have a Single Column Premier and in terms of gutter space, even if it's not much, it won't affect the reading for sure. It's an awesome Bible, actually! I hope you love it!! Blessings :)
So basically what your saying is that you actually don’t want this bible. Because with all the changes you mentioned it becomes a completely different bible 😂😂😂
@@crucified4me But does that “dream Bible” actually exist in the NKJV (or in any modern translation with the features you described in this video)? I’ve searched for weeks for a NKJV single column wide margin (blank) and while this Nelson Bible is not perfect, it’s the best I’ve found. For me this format is unmatched. The inner margin references, bottom translation notes, and the blank wide outside margins provide the perfect combination for taking notes in my Bible. Nevertheless, thanks for the review!
@@EEEconLawyer2007 I don't think my dream Bible exists in the NKJV. I really like the format of the ESV Heirloom Wide Margin Bible, but even that one is out of print and the ESV is not my favorite translation. Recently Thomas Nelson put out another NKJV wide margin that I have reviewed but I'm not very happy with it either. I think I'm just picky 😄 Anyways, here's the review of the most recent one 👉 th-cam.com/video/QjiuruptV70/w-d-xo.html Thanks for watching and commenting! And hey, if this one works for you that's what counts 👍
@@crucified4me What are you thoughts, if any, about the Schuyler Wide Margin Quentel (ESV)? I’ve seen several of your reviews of other Schuyler Bibles, but I don’t believe I’ve seen you review the ESV Quentel Wide Margin.
@@EEEconLawyer2007 Hi there, unfortunately I was not able to buy that one. I really could not justify that expense in my conscience since I have several great ESV's and that's not my main translation... But I'm guessing my thoughts would be similar to what I shared on my review of the Canterbury Wide Margin by Schuyler. Here's the video in case you may want to have a look 👉 th-cam.com/video/Zq3wt7F557I/w-d-xo.html

I thought I was the only one that had to get “prepared” when opening a new bible!
LOL! We are all weird in our own way I guess 😄😄😄 Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🤗✝🙏🏽
Get out bro!! What the heck man! Thomas Nelson is seriously stepping up!
Yes, they are doing a tremendous job for sure! Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🙏🏽🤗
This is awesome

Is the paper the same in the leathersoft version?
I'm not entirely sure about that 🤔 But for what I've seen, it's normally pretty similar...
Does anyone know what the paper thickness (GSM) is on this bible?
