Thanks for the update, Brent. I am here in Toronto where a downtown 800 sq foot condo sells for $1,800/ft!. The high end here starts at $2,500@ft. In fact, there is even a Land Transfer Tax of 4% of the sale and the taxes are 1.25% of the purchase. going forward.

How safe is it out there? Any kidnapping like tv here propagans, in usa.
Where we live it is extremely safe. Very family orientated. I feel much safer living in Oaxaca than I do when I visit the US.
