My two friends who live in the UK saw the show in London & Manchester. Said the show was fantastic & brilliant. So as a major fan of BTTF looking forward to seeing this on Broadway & when it comes here to California.

The Twin Pines Mall sign always brings a tear to my eye as I grew up near the real mall where that scene in the movie was filmed. I still remember walking around the set (during daytime) in the parking lot as a 13-year-old kid wondering what are all these trucks doing here.
I want to see the show and hopefully I get to go see it. You are amazing Casey Likes. You seem like you're a kind and sweet person. You were amazing in Spinning Gold. Keep up the great work and I hope I get to see you in more Broadway shows and movies.
Why would they want to use a fully featured replica car? They're doing a ton of effects where even a real car would need to be moved around by stage machinery, and those are much easier to do with a lightweight stage prop than with a 2700 lbs (1300 kg) car. Just like the movies used model cars for many of their special effects shots, as well. EDIT: Having said that: I actually wasn't all that impressed by the show as a whole when I saw it in London, but the effects and stagecraft are top notch and easily the highlight of the whole affair.
Marty, Michael J Fox actually played the guitar in the movie and some kid saying "my mum said I reminded her of hime" and doesn't play guitar ? Give me a break what rubbish.
It's a genuinely fantastic show. I saw the original production twice in London, it was amazing. It won Best New Musical at the Olivier Awards last year, the UK equivalent of the Tony Awards. Honestly give it a chance, you won't regret it.
Good thing New York is right next door to me have a die-hard back-to-the-future fan. I will definitely see the Broadway show and even though there's a lot of other stuff to prevent a future movie we live in the day and age that anything can happen. So I hope the Broadway show might spark some interest into making a future movie in the form of a reboot or some sort of continuation to pass the torch from old cast members to new ones either way I'm down to see the Broadway show!!!!📹🚎🌩⚡️🛣🔥🔥🔥🔥
