That was very difficult to watch! Your sweat pouring down, your pain . . . In most young people, their bodies are stronger than their wills. But your will is so intense, so powerful, that I am afraid it might break your body. I don't think that if I ask you to be careful, you will take any notice. But human bodies have limits
i do not think this poses a risk. just include some rest days or vary exercises to avoid muscle unbalance / overtraining only time i did get injured is doing weighted calistenia. slow controlled high rep are generally safe. i think this is ocasional challenge not regular training... some people like to main focus on endurance so i might be wrong
@@ArielLorusso Ariel, I can't tell for sure. Karl kept going even though there was what seemed to be shoulder pain--now some pains you can keep working through, but there are others you definitely shouldn't. This is an occasional challenge, but Karl goes in very heavily in all his training. The only example I can give from my personal knowledge is someone in his fifties who pushed himself into a fatal heart attack in competitive running against younger athletes
@@IneligYeah you're right, something happened in my shoulder at around the 20 minutes mark or something, i think my shoulder clicked or something idk how to explain it, the pain persisted for like 2 minutes but after that it stopped, and thanks God i didn't stopped. Thanks for worrying i appreciate it, i really like these kind ef challenges you know? Also, you're 50 and you were also a runner? That's awesome man
