For a little bit of context, I’m squatting in a closed stance because 2.5 weeks ago I pulled my adductor, sht was so bad that I can even felt the pain with 225, so the only way to kind of relief the pain was to use a closed stance, it still hurts at this kind of heavyweight but I still push through. I'll keep squatting this form until sht gets better
Karl, shouldn't you be only doing very light movement exercises at present? A muscle strain should be taken seriously, because it means there is a partial tear. You want the tear to heal, and pulling hard on it won't help. I think the pain should be taken as a sign you are pushing it too hard. I know that goes against your whole philosophy of life, of 'crash through or crash'. Unfortunately I think as time goes on, there is less crashing through and more crashing.

It's a smaller track, mate. You didn't run 100m, more like 70 or 80m. Your 100m time would probably be around 15sec which makes sense as your technique is what I'd expect from someone who has never sprinted before and you look... very slow. There's no mistaking the speed and look of a sub 11, or even sub 12 sprinter and you DEFINTELY don't have it. If you want to get faster then train, NOBODY develops speed after 2 weeks of training. It takes at least 5yrs of proper coaching and training to develop a decent sprinter.
