I love Tamiya kits. Their engineering is outstanding but I think they are running out of mainstream kits that would sell at a high enough volume to recoup the tooling and set up costs. Just my opinion.
@@fuzzysghostmodels9840 Agreed. All Tigers, stugs, Sherman's etc are all pretty much highly detailed and plentiful now. Not many gaps left apart from the Matilda and early Vickers maybe.

Yet Tamiya made the small French ue with trailer! Surely more people would want an iconic Matilda.
