Anyway's, thought I'd do this since people have been asking for my opinion on Boruto ever since Momoshiki VS Naruto and Sasuke came out in the anime.
For Urashiki I think people forget the character argument, Urashiki holds back VS his opponents he's facing as he only wants to take their chakra.

I don’t mind the otsuskis, but the way they were introduced is really bad. We went from ninjas who were passed down for generations, and feuds between clans and villages, to *gods who eat planets and try to destroy the earth*

Dr Oink yeah, personally I think it would have made more sense if they were instead all from the same world, just different reincarnations of it. As in they each ate fruit from the tree which eventually set in motion a cycle that would end the world until a new tree sprouted and the world was born anew but each time the ones who ate the fruit, ruling over their “cycle” were somehow able to use their power to prevent themselves disappearing with their incarnation of the world. Could be done in some similar fashion to how Kaguya ensured her resurrection or Hagoromo surpassed death. It would fit in with the constant ties to buddhist mythology found across Naruto due to reincarnation cycles of creation and all together keeps the mysticism of these guys just being godly unknowns instead of surprise aliens. Also gives a more concrete final plot point for Boruto in terms of they need to find a way to stop the cycle to prevent their world dying or you could say that the taming and splitting of the 10 tails stopped the world ending process and have that as an explanation.

Kishimoto cites Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball series as one of his influences, noting that Goku, the protagonist, was a key factor when creating Naruto Uzumaki due to his energetic and mischievous personality. So yeah, expect at the end of the Boruto series that we are gonna see some DBZ fights. I mean, Naruto vs Sasuke in part 1 already is a low key DBZ fight.

You're totally forgetting that Kaguya in her prime had both Hagoromo's and Hamura's chakra... In my opinion, Kaguya is the strongest Otsutsuki (that we know of) closely followed by Isshiki. And Urashiki is weak asf, he was beaten by kid Naruto and kid Boruto, and was beaten by non- SO6P chakra enhanced characters (Sasuke was nerfed to hell in that fight...), and so far we know Isshiki has a juvenile Ten Tails, while Kaguya's Ten Tails is literally insane at full power, and stronger than Isshiki's as Earth's God Tree was way above other planet's Chakra God Trees. Don't forget, Sasuke and Naruto (war arc, SO6P enhanced) were literally frozen with fear when she came up behind them (They'd definitely be stronger than Urashiki and definitely Momoshiki at this point if we're going off of the abilities shown within their respective fights. Not to mention, they were extremely weakened, and Momoshiki was not. Also, Kaguya was swapping dimensions like it was taking a step, her feats are crazy, and that's without Hamura/Hagoromo's chakra, Naruto's and Sasuke's, LITERALLY EVERY NINJA'S, and parts of some bijuu, so I don't know man... Kaguya in her prime seems literally terrifying, but that is just my take on it.
But you have to remember when kaguya betrayed ishikki she couldn’t even kill him properly, and kaguya got beat by team 7 in Naruto shippuden when in boruto everyone is more powerful and they still couldn’t beat ishikki outright, they had to stall for time

A ten Tails isn't that strong though and considering Jigen treated it like a pet it only amped him a little bit. Also considering he didn't even absorb all of the Ten Tail's, just some chakra. There's also Kashin Koji's statement that Jigen would body Naruto and Sasuke atleast even though he didn't know Jigen absorbed Ten Tails chakra.
1. Naruto absolutely has six paths sage mode still, there's been several occasions where he has the eyes of kurama sage mode without the sage mode markings, which is a factor shared with six paths sage mode. people just have the speculation he somehow lost it because he doesn't look like his first appearance. if it were the case, and he lost his six paths powers, he'd kind of pale in comparison to Sasuke, who quite clearly still has them.
2. Hagoromo until further notice is number 1, relying he does indeed have use of Izanami and Izanagi without restrictions. the ability to shape events as he pleases, and force opponents into a never ending cycle is a clear stomp, regardless of powers like the rinnegan, since Izanami doesn't require ocular vision to work. with indication that he has both Six Paths Naruto sensory abilities, and Sasuke's six paths abilities (seeing as he gave them), i dont think its out of this world to say he also possesses them, and more, so Otsutsuki clan members shown off so far cant exactly stomp him, plus izanagi and izanami without restriction makes him untouchable.

I disagree with Hagoromo being number one Tbh He even stated himself that he is weaker than Kaguya and there is not one single time where Hagoromo used izanagi or izanami and there isn't any source saying that he can use those jutsu so I also disagree with Seth on that as well until there is either a statement or Hagoromo himself using such abilities.
at max, Hagoromo is stronger than Kaguya by default, since he has all of his mother's chakra and the god tree sealed within him (at least at one point). the reference to Madara reaching his power and "even reaching mother Kaguya's power" is likely in reference to himself at the time or before he had the god tree and kaguya's chakra, seeing as that was what made Madara reach Kaguya's power. however, in an actual versus situation that cant happen, since Kaguya wouldn't be sealed, and would have the god tree. also, while it is true that Hagoromo has never been shown or stated to use izanagi and izamani, the jutsu were literal mimics of his creation of all things jutsu, so if anything he has the superior version at his disposal. not to mention Madara's sight returning once he awoke the rinnegan kind of spells it out that the eyes remove the sacrifice of Izanagi if Hagoromo were to ever use it.

I don't think Hagoromo looses his light via izunami or izunagi techniques however I don't think he can spam it. Since creation of all things is a justu that creates things from nothing so if he could spam it he'd be nigh omnipotent and wouldn't need the help of naruto or saskue.

Well since Naruto and Sasuke are so strong you kinda need people this strong to even somewhat match the 2. As there shouldn't be any villans in Boruto if Naruto can easily beat the easily. Which is why they have to have villans that Naruto can't beat to have the story make sense. Which is why they need the otsosuki to make the Boruto plot work.

That means that Kawaki is going to be pretty close to Prime Isshiki in terms of power when he becomes possessed by him.

I don’t think Hagaromo can actually surpass time itself and freely travel in death, I think the only way he can be summoned is if you have the reincarnation of Indra or Ashura. They both share the same chakra as Hagaromo, and this is why he was only able to manifest is front of Naruto Sasuke and Hashirama who are all reincarnates

I don’t think Hagoromo is a being that really can participate in combat. As a sage, I think he’s literally transcended the concepts of time, space, and existence and thus isn’t bound by the same limitations that “living beings” are. That’s not to say he can literally morph the universe (maybe he can?) but attempting to “kill” him just doesn’t work.

Seth I'm not gonna lie to you i do believe that urashiki is powerful however he's not as powerful as you say he is, his powers are mysterious and could be extremely strong but you must remember that this new arc that we are seeing is literally only taking place because urashiki believes that he can't take naruto on his own so he has to go back in time in order to harvest the nine tails chakra.
As to why sasuke struggled while fighting him I just think it's a classic case of the "word effect"
The definition of the word effect is:
" The principle that, in fiction, the strongest member of the cast gets utterly wailed on in order to establish just how powerful the villain is"
the reason I believe this is the worf effect is because of sasukes sudden nerf in physical abilities whenever he fights urashiki and his change in character an example of this is when urashiki starts joking around and sasuke suddenly gets out of character, gets pissed off and suddenly jumps as urashiki without a plan as to what he's going to do after he reaches urashiki (If your a naruto can you know this is the exact opposite of sasukes characteristics) also sasuke has the abilities of all 6 paths of pain therefore, why didn't he just fly to him? The pain that was acting as the leader ( I can't remember his name I think it was tends pain ) used his control over gravitation forces to fly and after that he destroyed konoha and I'm pretty sure sasuke has mastered his rinnegan by now like he's literally started recreating kekkei genkais by mixing chakra nature's precisely with his sharingan, and he hasn't learned that he can fly? Kaguya is definitely stronger than Momoshiki, Kinshiki and Urashiki individually. She was scared of all of them coming to steal her chakra on Earth that's all.
Kinshiki was struggling against Chojuro, Kurotsuchi and Sasuke gave a little help to immoblize him.
Momoshiki was getting beaten up by a weakened Naruto and Sasuke and got himself killed by a massive rasengan.
When Kaguya got unsealed, she wasn't even at full power due to being sealed for so long.
She didn't even want to kill Naruto and Sasuke at the beginning (Black Zetsu convinced her to by the end) she simply wanted to take their chakra. She could have beaten them the first time she touched their faces but she hesitated.
Naruto and Sasuke was struggling just to LAND their hands on her to seal her.
They got saved by Susanoo Kakashi and Sakura got the last hit to stop her from escaping. If it was just Naruto and Sasuke, they would died time ago.
Urashiki got outsmarted and damaged by Boruto and Shinki (Even if he was playing around) He's no match for even Naruto.
Idk about that. Remember, Naruto and Sasuke hadn't even mastered their abilities yet. They just got them at that point.
Sasuke as an adult has far greater mastery over his Rinnegan than he did as a teenager. He can now go into different dimensions with ease whereas back when he fought Kaguya, he couldn't and his eye bled a lot.
On top of that, Naruto still has his Six Paths Sage power. This is heavily implied in the Boruto manga too.
With that said, both Naruto and Sasuke had been training and mastering their abilities for years on end. So even though they couldn't kill Kaguya back then, they certainly could do so now with much greater ease. Possibly delivering a fatal blow similar to what happened to Momoshiki.
Even without taking any of this into account, Kaguya even in her prime is still no match for Isshiki. Especially if we're talking about Prime Isshiki. She'd get completely demolished by him. Which makes sense given the mythological characters both are based off of. Isshiki is based off a character who had a magical hammer that can grant any divine wish.. so there you have that.
