I absolutely despise these people and I believe that every one of them needs to have all their earnings confiscated and donated to real charities that help actual sick children. My neighborhood is infested with these scammers and I wish someone would put a stop to it.

Problem is real charities are themselves very rare. Most of them are run by fraudsters, as they put most of the donations in their pockets!

They needs to get arrested and taken into court.
What are the scammers doing wearing a safety jacket? Next time you all see people using the pictures of dead people for donations scam .
    Report them to the police.

I work in London and come across this at least 10x daily. Roma and illegal migrants hang around train stations and taxi ramps “help me my child has illness I have no job I need help” then when their “shift” is over they round the corner they jump into a Mercedes or Transit van and count the cash. Some are even accepting cashless payments. One homeless guy near St Pancras station, I kid you not, accept PayPal!

    • @thetruth9116

London is a magnet for fraudsters. Not just fake beggars, but even those working full time and living in houses, are finding endless ways to scam the system. I met one guy in his early 20s, who is perfectly healthy. He admitted to me that he falsely claimed disability, so he could get a freedom pass and use the public transport system for free! One could write several novels after spending many years researching all the fraud people get up to here!

I see these people in California, all over the state. They play a fake a violin, or use a child, pretend to need money for their mothers rent, or whatever. I saw one of them aggressively try to get a money while a driver was at a red light. Its like a national crime organization. Don't fall for it. Also all the kids need to be in school not begging in the parking lots or stop lights.

Makes me so angry as the mother of a child who actually was born w/ heart malformations & had open heart surgery at 13 days old. I struggled so much but I never even thought to ask for handouts or donations 😢 it makes people look bad that may really & truly be going thru this & need help. These people are popping up everywhere in my area as well. I ignore them when they walk up to my car.

All congenital heart defects are a combination of genetic & environmental factors. The heart starts to form in the very early stages of the 1st trimester & sometimes it just doesn’t form properly.
There are over 40 known congenital heart defects & my son has what’s called an interrupted aortic arch & a ventricular septal defect. The interrupted aortic arch means he had a split in his aorta. It never formed into one piece. So instead of the blood flowing freely to thru his body, it was being back washed the other direction. They had to go in & connect the part that was supposed to be together to begin w/. I guess it’s like if you imagine a pipe but cut in half. The ventricular septal defect was a large hole between his heart’s 2 lower chambers. The dr closed that off using my sons own heart tissue. Sorry that’s long 😁 but I like to educate people because congenital heart defects are the most common birth defects in the United States & about 40,000 to 50,000 babies will be born w/ CHD every year just in the U.S. Sometimes less severe forms of CHD can go undetected until later into childhood & even as adults. I had a friend in high school who suddenly died at the age of 19 while playing football & it was revealed he had an undiscovered CHD. It actually happens way more than you’d think unfortunately. Again, I apologize for the long rant. I really just truly like to spread awareness. 💙❤️💙❤️

@@Duvmasta nothing wrong w/ spreading awareness about a horrific experience I had w/ my child. Before him I had not a clue about CHD. It happens so often & many times it is missed during pregnancy & missed after the baby is born. Like what happened w/ mine. Your responses are strange but ok 👍 Have a great day though 👌🏼

It's just not a good idea to hand cash to panhandlers ever. As this story says, give to legit charities who can manage your money properly. If someone's on the street it doesn't mean they're unworthy of help, but managing money, at this stage of their life, clearly isn't part of their skill-set.
You're likely doing more harm than good by handing them cash.
