Both conversations could use some work. It’s also something myself I’m trying to get down so communication is smooth but also doesn’t like very sales pitchy. James convo only works on those with money and most would get overwhelmed unless they have the knowledge. But look forward to tuning in as we all trying to improve at the end of the day

I know you've seen enough comments about the phone call. I'll keep mine pretty short. Way less small talk & questions, more straight forward answers and questions. Don't overload the client with information they don't care about.

Just my 2 cents I would have hung up too if I was that client, too many small talk questions without even giving the price. Sounded like you’re more focused on selling yourself hector. All my calls pretty much go like this.
Customer: I’m looking to have my car detailed. Me: what is the year make and model and are you looking for interior or exterior work? Customer : I have a 2015 Kia optima and I want just interior work. Me : what’s your main reason for wanting the interior cleaned is their stains excessive dirt etc? Client: has some stains and dirt. Me: so my deep clean interior package covers this and that and has a starting price of this. Client: great let’s do it. Me: gets address etc done.

@@H2oAutoDetailSupply you guys need a east coast location man. I’m in sc and we have no detail supply shops in the entire state as well as nc. Charlotte nc would be great for y’all.

Man this is a great video!‼️On the role playing i definitely feel like people can hear a sales man from miles away ! Depending on the conversation, in my opinion I think
Keeping a convo under 3-5 min should be the norm without trying to oversell, just hearing out the customer, then after y’all meet in person you can crack a joke here and there and show them your a normal human being 😌

Dude wirh the hat is super stressing. He talked a lot more about yap and yap. 6 mins for a basic wash. The dude in the middle professionally informed and sold an over $1k service.
A 3rd party encounter would be 50/50 on booking for a basic service for the 2nd guy.
100% chance of the middle guy booking and getting a positive review.

In my opinion, James killed it. Phone calls are similar to ads. You need to need to get to the point. Not all clients want to tell you their life story, but I do agree that some do. You need to be able to notice those signs and adjust your sales pitch. In the first roll play call, the client asked for pricing 2 different times, and a price still wasn't given until slightly later. Whereas James got the clients basic needed info: Area, Vehicle, Service(s) wanted, budget, and then boom he sold him on a high ticket service. In this business, you do need to be a little salesy, but nowhere near like a car salesmen though.

Someone please tell me what’s wrong with Adams 9yr advanced graphine ceramic coating? I’ve applied it to several cars and to me. It looks and feels amazing. I’ve also used UK 3.0 which is great. Please tell me what I’m missing.

Maaan. The shop the dude on the left works at wold be binging in way more revenue of they had actual sales people. Currently the are the only name in the game with no competition. If a detailer is going into their shop the are already going to buy. Normal people dont go to detail shops to look around. Normal people dont go to casually look at detailing van/trailer set ups. If their conversion isnt high as heck, they are messing up. They are like a mcdonalds, people dont go there to price shop or look around. They go tere to get food they decided on.
Vs te middle guy is standing out and making sure he is landing the sale since his industry is overly saturated.
No one that is on the fence of buying online va buying from H20 is stepping in there to waste time.

I don’t have time to listen to this but 100% I agree! Imagine spending 8+ hours on a car and charging $250 for a ticket that is normally 2500$. We need to wash out the fast money dummies and bring in the quality detailers who actually understand the proper process and procedures.

They should have a ballpark price within 90 seconds talking over the phone...if not you get the info you need and let them talk about what THEY want done...then yoh text them 2 package offerings. Talking about a bunch of stuff the customer doesnt care about they're going to lose interest. They arent detailers, keep it short and simple.

Jesus chris. Over 3 minutes of yappin before the customer was even allowed to say what they wanted done. Then 3 more mins of yappin.
Customer had like 20 seconds of talking and the dude had 6 mins of nonstop yappin.
    Lol
Ok the feedback they are giving eachother matches what i am commenting now that it got past the yappin. Parts

    • @koniko169
      @koniko169 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@PolishedMobileDetailing503 lol i agree that he doesn know how to talk to his customer. The yapper mc yappingson is the lest successful of them. The other guy broke past $130k his first or 2nd year. He kept it simple and professional. The other guy sounds unconfident, confused and lost.
The way to a sale is the lest resistance to the customer. Especially in detailing. If a customer calls and they get a 5 minute speech, they are tuned out 15 seconds in.
Gotta have the reviews, social proof presence, branding, website, and social media so that when a customer calls, its not the price shopper looking for the cheapest price. Its a customer in need wanting to get a feel of the business before closing the deal. P
