The only advice I can offer is when you solve a problem (there will be lots of problems as you adapt the engine to your truck) take a step back and make sure that your solution isn't creating more problems the is fixing. Also, have lots of cardboard and Styrofoam available to make templates. Good luck!
I haven't crossed that bridge yet. I'm hoping to just use the allison TCM and wiring to start off with. The TPS signal is probably the biggest unknown/barrier.
@@wookieworks3 I recently watched a video on a California company making Alison conversions for Ford and Dodge they had controlers. I can't remember name . I found it on a SEMA show video

Yes, and that weight is directly over the front axle vs. hanging 4-5 feet in front on it.
