    I have a bag just like it. Bought off of Amazon. Not a real fan of camouflage, but I purchased this one in CP camo. I like it. I did expand mine. Bought a Gogoku 3 pack with a water bottle pouch and a large and small molle pouch. It’s my bag for my evening "trudge". I walk a greenway near the house every evening. It’s a mile long trail that follows a creek back to a waterfall. A mile out and a mile back. There is a shelter at the parking lot where I cook and eat my evening meal.
    My load out consists of a UST collapsible silicone water bottle, coffee drip, coffee cup and bowl. I cook in the Walmart nesting cup on a Lixada folding stove. My utensil is a GSI folding spork. There is a Ozark Trail ferro rod, a BIC lighter, and Vaseline soaked cotton balls. Bankline, the Outdoor Products 5x7 backpackers tarp and 4 stakes. My IPad Mini (got to have something to watch your videos on while I am eating!) FrogToggs poncho, Ozark Trail folding knife, UST folding saw, a Coast mini flashlight, and a boo-boo kit round out the contents.
    The bag doubles as my fishing bag. I have my tackle in the small molle pouch and I attach it the molle on the front of the pack. Sorry about the long reply. Just excited over my little bag. I like it a lot and use it every day. It lives in the back seat of my car. I am going to borrow your idea and add a waist strap I think, as the bag will shift if I bend over.

      Noice...very noice. I likecthat setup. I think I have found a piece of public land near the cottage that may become a favorite coffee eat spot. About 5 min drive. Right now no access snowed in. But my little pack will be the choice for that jaunt. Thanks again for sharing. Like you setup. Take picture and send it to me if you can. Email on my home page towards the bottom. ID like to share it if I may. Ad always appriciate your support. Stay safe

    I have the same style bag. I added 2 water bottle pouches to each side of bag. 1 for water bottle and the other for Stanley cook set with alcohol stove for coffee. Lots of options.

    I thought it looked a little small, until you set it up. Got me thinking again George. Well done !

    I have a similar sized bag that I use for fishing. It holds my fishing gear, knives, water and some snacks. These smaller bags are nice!

      Yep I have them and some check packs that still work for me. I like smaller packs. Keeps me from over packing. Stay safe out there

    I am guessing the velcro on the back is for a belt to stabilize it, though it would have to be a small belt. I bet you can come up with something though. Ever though of making and selling those fire strikers?

    • @2ndchancegeorge
      @2ndchancegeorge  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep I think you right. You read my mind about selling the strikers. Lol...I need the money for more knives....pricing is an issue. And getting the right wood takes time. Working on it. Stay tuned if you want one. 😉. Email me from my home page. Thanks for watching. Always appriciated
