Hello Scott.. I don't know if your question has been answered...but check into two sanctions of boat racing...thats NAMBA or IMPBA... both groups offer plenty of clubs to get involved with...
It's a shame so many great videos are ruined by adding mind numbing audio tracks which I hate to even call music. On this vid it sounds like something you'd hear on a porn video. Other than that, cool video.
