Giant of watches in China? Are you sure? This guy’s two previous jobs he stayed for 9 months only. All his previous experiences are in finance. You really ought to do a background check. You really like to hype things up for entertainment value.
When did he address Andy as a giant of watches? I agree that "giant" might only suit those watchmakers or watch manufacturers you mentioned in the other comment. Still, he just said he's a heavy hitter and from his current position or maybe his collection he should be able to take this appellation that would be no problem. I didn't know Andy before this video, you must know him more than me or even in person since you know his background. But come on, are you jealous or what that you have to dig up into this definition so hard? It's just an interview for watch enthusiasts after all.
