The only thing that will make it super perfect if you could add subtitles. Your English is amazing but your accent makes it hard for me to understand and sometimes I really struggle... Please 🙏 if you can buy an external microphone: it can enhance your videos and make them look really professional. there is often a lot of echo in the audio. believe me: many people switch videos just for the audio quality!
If you want to buy a house or apartment in Denmark being patient pays off. If you do not need a new place immediately just watch the market and wait until you find a good place for you to live at a low price. I now live in my own house. But I was looking at the market at least once per week for about 6 years before I found the perfect place for me to live, and 8 years later I do not regret my purchase. I got my place at a really good price because I played my cards right once I found it. The price was low, but the usual "tilstandsrapport" also told of major issues with the building. When I did the inspection before purchasing I hired a competent building inspector to go through the property with me. He told me that none of the major issues were actually major, and found a few issues with the building I would not have been able to see myself. After the inspection I told the sales agent of the issues my inspector found and the major issues mentioned in the report. I demanded a large discount because of this, despite the price already being quite low. I also suspected the seller wanted to sell really fast, so I offered to take over the place as soon as possible. Next day I got the answer all negotiators want to hear: We have a deal. Waiting for six years may seem a long time. But I was living fine at my past home. And I got my new home at a really good price. My savings on the price is about what I make after taxes per year, so not insignificant.
