Never fished lowestoft off the shore , only on the boats

@Wfaseafishing used to get a lot of large Cod in the winter months , and set longlines baited with whelks but this was in the 80s

@@majorstone6211, yes back then there were many more fish and lots of bigger fish , but there still some out there, hopefully I catch a few on my sib and boats this year 👍🎣🐟
