Would love to get some advice as to how to be more disciplined with my time/work. Heyo Elliot! You definitely have the right idea to not move up in weight and compromise form. A couple light pointers that will hopefully help after watching you deadlift: -slightly widen up your stance a bit and think about opening your hips and sitting back (and pulling back not up) before you pull -Try pointing your toes inward just a tad - Your toes coming up off the floor at the top of your pull is dangerous as you could potentially fall back if you lose balance especially when the weight gets heavier Despite having different limb lengths, hopefully these tips could be of some use l in helping you get your deadlift form solid and eventually move you up in weight! I truly enjoy watching your videos and the content you put out, thank you so much man.
