She completely destroys this song. Such a powerhouse of a singer. After she changed her sex, her career took a massive dip. But her voice was so good at this time. She was an insane vocalist. I think she does this song more justice than Celine Dion ever did. I love it. Awesome reaction dude. 👍

That is like me throwing away my employment and starving to death just so I can lay at home and beg for my daily bread. Why couldn't she pursue both? So sad honestly. But ok, it was her choice.

Charice was one of a kind for sure. She let us see the spirit of the Filipino people. The commitment to hard work and also their internal joy that you hear in their music. She was pure energy and confidence. Charice had swagger. She challenged everything. She took things on and offered no quarter whether she was competing against someone or taking on a challenging song she stuck her nose in there and let you know she was there to the end. There is some sort of backlash by some to pit Charice against Morissette as Mori is kind of next 'man' up. My feeling is they both have their own greatness that can stand as testament to their massive talents. Had Charice kept the status quo and developed her talents we might have an actual rivalry. Not now, Morissette has cultivated her talents to a high level and deserves all the adulation she is getting. Someone will come along to challenge these two in the years to come. But they will be the ones to have really opened the door to the incredibly talented people of the Philippines to the rest of the world.
