I was rocking watching this video! The lounge was nice, can't go wrong with self-serve Piper champagne! Shower rooms are nice, no bidet though! Hearing those American accents was an interesting change. You looked super handsome as usual. I loved seeing all the Delta aircrafts! Interesting not hearing you narrate the room tour, but I know the feeling, sometimes it's easier to not talk. The Miami scenes bring back some great but mixed memories. I had a few projects around the area you got stranded on the train. I'm glad you weren't robbed. haha The grocery stores there are huge! Great place to visit, wouldn't want to live there. :D
Omg haha I remember I spent so much time in the lounge. Really impressed by the AA lounge. For Qantas, you would only get champagne in the first class lounge. Sorry to hear about your experience in Miami. My friends did ask if I’m crazy for going there😂
No way....that's sounds so rude when the cabin crew said reading is fundamental, like instead of saying "reading is fundamental", why he can't just said "it's okay" or maybe like you can move to this seat but in more professional way?? It's so annoying😒. For me AA simply doesn't look promising, with the service on all domestic flight you just got snacks and beverages of choice (excluding alcohol), still it's not good. I thought the crew might need more training as well because they don't seem to be that friendly. The chaotic situation in the boarding gate is also crazy, too much boarding groups causing a massive chaos and passengers can just use whatever line and the staff didn't care. I hope (not only AA), all airlines in America can improve themselves in terms of service and cabin crew. Great trip report, waiting for the next one👍😁

Thank you for the Miami vlog. I was just down there last weekend. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon, so not too far from where you were staying.
Hi Mike! I decided to stay at the airport so I get more sleep the day I left for LAX and more time in the Flagship Lounge 🤣 The Blue Lagoon was nice! Loved being able to see the planes.

US based domestic flights are embarrassing. An a321neo with no TV's in the headrest, one cookie and your choice of sugary drink. Rude FA's, chaotic seating, 8 different boarding options, no food.....
May I add that any ‘American’ airline is a whole lot worse than Singapore 🇸🇬 Airline, Quantas Airline, Japan 🇯🇵 Airline, Cathay Pacific, Emirates Airline, Korea Airline, etc.
Try saying "Reading is Fundamental" to a disabled member of our world community. Well at least it didn't end up like a girl who got kicked off the plane because she couldn't catch and misunderstood what a flight attendant said (check Inside Edition). This is why I only fly AA domestically.

American airlines staff really dont give a shit anymore do they !!😅 Then again i find its all the us airlines !!!! It's in stark contrast to all their advertisements which show really helpfull staff, as well as their announcements where they claim they value customer service lol.
