Hi Sorelle, I actually found you a few years back when I first started studying finance and changing my mindset around it. You were incredibly helpful and were one of the guides that has helped me along my journey to become debt free which will be next month! I have been in consumer debt since I was 18, I'm now 40 and will be free from those shackles. I am continuing my journey now and looking to own my own property and even have a small amount invested and am very proud of myself. Although I got here a little later than some may do, I am pushing forwards and still aim to be financially free with the knowledge which I am accumulating. I love your videos on finance, book recommendations which you have previously done and everything in between. Thank you for sharing all the information you do and helping others reach their goals. Keep being you and providing this information, it is invaluable and the right people will hear it. Thank you

"If you are fearful about the market that is coming up right now, there are steps to prepare... I can make a video about this, if you like" - PLEASE make this video! Do share what opportunities you see coming up in the next 5-10 years in the context of market volatility and craziness. I have been on the path to financial freedom over the last 2 years (I was partly inspired by some of your videos) and it has been rewarding but I am growing anxious about the future. P.S. You have a great channel, I'm a longtime fan!

I agree, would love to hear her thoughts as well. From my research and the people I follow online, the 18.6 year real estate cycle is going to end by end of 2025 or sometime in 2026, and will most likely result in most markets (stocks, crypto, etc) to complete their bull markets by hitting a peak and then crash HARD.
This will likely be the best time to buy, when there's blood in the charts and markets experience peak fear. All assets should be on sale big time, that's when I personally will be accumulating and setting myself up for long term gains.

    Hi Sorelle,
I have been in finance for like 35 years. As I was watching I was thinking many of the downside things. Margin of safety is my rule.
Have to say you covered them all beautifully and clearly.
One of the best videos ever I have seen. Property/shares I don’t care as long as it’s one of those.
All that matters is the eight wonder of the world - compounding.
Well done and you should be proud to share this freely.

I'm feeling... very overwhelmed, yet inspired. I've recently graduated to a "work-optional" level in life at 30, striving toward FULL RETIREMENT + financial freedom ASAP, at least by 40. I'm feeling your message but it all feels like a foreign language to me. Excited to dive more into finance, investing and the psychology of it all. I feel like being on the other side of this info doesn't have to be far away for me... Thank you. Looking forward to learning more!

Hells yeah to more of this. My plan is financial freedom by the time I'm 40 (35 now). Preferably a bit earlier. I'll be celebrating the achievement of that dream by popping over the ditch to Australia and cruising around in either a van or a 4wd with rooftop camper similar to yours. Because YO Australia is beautiful and the more I explore of it the more I want to keep going.

So I know you mentioned in another video you wouldn’t be talking or you were talking a lot about Abundance and Money and you got sidetracked, but I actually think it will lead you to something even greater which is the free human movement.
Anyways, what I’m trying to say is bring back whatever form of abundance and money talk that feels right to you because it really does help and I’d rather learned from you ❤

Good job Sorelle, enjoy watching your videos.
After a day of thinking about your latest advice I feel that some clarity is needed . I’m 55, have owned 10 properties over the years with my wife. We have self managed rentals for 30+ years. We still have 3 properties all payed for and hopefully only have to work for just a little longer.
There are a huge amount of risks with leveraging property. For the past 25 years we have been in a rising market. Population, regulation, immigration, , government hand outs, supply & demand have all pushed up prices. It would be naive to think this will continue forever.
We have sold and won, sold and lost, had bad and good tenants. My thoughts are to be cautious. Be very careful with the leveraging component of your plan. You can loose it all in a heartbeat. Always remember to CYA. Australia 🇦🇺

Love this! Bought my first duplex a couple years ago, rented it out to a horrible tenant, and I'm now dealing with thousands of dollars worth of repairs. I've studied quite a bit on this topic since I was 16. So I saved about $200,000 and then looked at my options - For everyone out there wanting to get ahead (moreso get out of the slave trade) please remember that if we cave to corrupt rules (e.g. negative gearing is just welfare for the rich) then you are constantly hurting your brothers and sisters grinding it out like you did. If you own 5 properties, just remember that 5 or more families trying to scrape together post tax and rent income for their own deposits. Which you decide how you feel about that. For me, the middle ground was to buy a caravan, suv and land. Now I'm in a quiet place, with fucking heaps on internet and my own garden and little river (sort of), built sheds and walking ways for my motorcycles and stuff. Remember that investing can take multiple forms to buy you a home! Definitely consider property but also consider crowd funding new businesses and other assets creation ideas! Best of luck to Everyone and keep your ideas open! The world isn't as expensive as they want you to think, we're the product and our minds are their currency.

Was hoping for some of that sort of info when you mentioned the caveat in this video. Buy land? Put some in metals? Some bitcoin? Invest in yourself. Don’t be too excited about college, it’s way overblown. Get skills. My husband attended a top 5 college. That life was too much stress!
Get good mentors and study study study. But again, maybe not college. Do your research on results of college vs. trades. Don’t take peoples word of mouth on college.

Gold & silver are less volatile than stocks or "new" currency like Bitcoin, ESPECIALLY w/the global upheaval right now. One could make a ton of $$ or lose it all, it's just really unstable right now for digital currency & stocks (w/o professional financial help).
G & S are mainly to PRESERVE wealth (esp when dollar is going 👇👇) but can easily be sold if needed. Good luck!

Dude all i want is to get rich so that I can give to the people who need it the most. I know how hard it is, been there. God knows the passion and desire in my heart since i was a tiny young girl and Mother Theresa was my first icon who i did book reports on and watched documentaries as a 10 & 11 years old just amazed by being able to help other people.
Sorrele you're awesome, you have an altruistic side to you that has shown throughout your videos on TH-cam. It makes you even more beautiful. Thank you for this information and God bless your steps

This is rad. Yes! Love it. Mother Theresa was very money focused because she knew how much power it had. So understand how it works, how it works within philanthropy, what makes companies and individuals give, how to use that money effectively so you can keep receiving money to keep doing good things!! 🎉🎉🎉

I love your videos. I find them so scenic but also insightful. I watch them even though I’m not in a financial position to take any of the actions you advocate, yet! 😊
Your advice is good for people who are starting on the ground. However, many people have stumbled into a pit, and it didn’t take much for them to fall in. I think that’s where a lot of the bad juju around money comes from - ESPECIALLY real estate. The people in that pit are having a hard time keeping a roof over their heads.
Shelter is a basic human need and landlords can seem cruel to a person when that need is being denied to them by someone who wants to make money off of fulfilling that need. I think the thing that escapes people with this mindset is every need they have is met by someone who profits from meeting it. It’s just easier and more obvious to despise those who meet such a big need as housing. There’s always cheaper food. They can go a day without. They can skip paying a bill or two, in order to have the funds to keep their water flowing, and they can dodge the collections calls in the meantime.
There’s always a work-around for meeting basic needs but housing is too big to work around and too devastating to live without. They can still have a job as long as they have a place to live. They can still study for a career as long as there is a roof over their heads.
Being homeless makes meeting all other basic needs sooo much harder. I think that’s why so many people respond to your advice with “but LaNdLoRdS aRe EviL”. I think your advice isn’t meant for them yet either.
For myself, I want to keep it in mind, save it/refer to it/take advantage of it when I am in the position to do so. I feel inspired to get there. Someday I will get there but I find it helpful to confront reality head-on. Everything in life costs money or time and no one is owed having their needs met for free. For today, I live on cans of soup with egg noodles added in for bulk and I have one less collector calling me. 😊

I am in a position where $ is flowing in abundantly and really want to continue to use it to set ourselves up. My education is with other forms of creating passive income through other investments. Real Estate is where less of my current knowledge is but am ready to get into it. I'm an eager beaver for your knowledge so thank you for sharing!
