I have a Duette Emenee Audio ... similar instrument ... but mine sounds like a jumbo jet about to take off ... are there any ways of quietening the fan ? great vid btw
Make sure the reeds are properly in their spots. You can see in this video the chord keys slid down over time and let the air escape and not pass over the reeds. I could see something like that happen with the main keys too. Old glue likes to weaken over time, so it could be as simple as the reeds separating and not channeling the air correctly. Mind you, I'm no expert on chord organs, but this is my guess after dealing with this one.

Also, the metal things on the bottom used to be for legs. Mine has them. Super interesting.
