We've been getting a lot of questions about when we will release the movie, that its taking too long,etc... we felt we should use this medium to answer. The short film we released a while back was a "proof of concept" to show what we were trying to work on, what was possible and to give confidence to investors rather than peddling a script around. We launched a crowdfunding campaign which a lot of people shared but didn't support, as we don't have a crowdfunding culture for such projects, we also approached a lot of investors for an entire year with no luck. To produce a movie of this level and to the standard we feel it deserves, its unfortunately expensive and very very difficult especially in Nigeria for obvious reasons. We are doing our best to create something out of nothing and we are sacrificing a lot to make it happen. Please be patient as we proceed. Thank you. a message from KOMOTION STUDIOS.

KOMOTION STUDIOS we don't appreciate innovation and authenticity in Nigeria. This is groundbreaking. if it's the stupid cliche films now, they'll get funds. I'm so mad. this is great. my baby brother showed it to me. for the life of me I don't understand why it has such little views. if you take it outside now they'll quarrel.
      Don't worry, provisions will come.

One of our money-miss-road money-bags like Mr Danjuma once said he has so much money but does not know what to do with it. I bet people like him do not value something as good and unique as this. Our elites mostly dont believe in anything so they cannot appreciate how important supporting an idea as this is.

This definitely has a some steps to go, but it's really great seeing a studio in Africa going out of their way to make a animated movie based purely on African Mythology (specifically Yoruba) with their own efforts. African pantheons & folklore (like this one) have a lot of very under-utilized potential for animation.

Well done. I love it. This great for the entire family. Can you imagine waking up on Saturday morning watching these types of movies with your family. This preview movie projected positiveness with lessons to learn. Well done.

This is fantastic! I commend you guys. It's high time we started encouraging local content, telling our own stories, not dwelling in the narrative of the West about our culture.
Please keep up the great work, thanks.
