It's from the Danish comedic TV series Klovn. Frank Hvam, the Old Town Maester from GoT, is an ordinary guy who does lots of stupid things. In this clip he and his wife meet Coster-Waldau in the elevator and have an awkward discussion in which it appears that Frank isn't really doing much of anything. Then Mia, Frank's wife, says that she loves the "knight character" that Coster-Waldau plays, and it gets even more awkward. They exit at the wrong floor because Frank is too uncomfortable :]
At the start of the movie (btw u should definitely watch this movie and show) Frank suggests to his wife he's gonna blog now that his comedic partner went to the States. So in this elevator scene, when Coster-Waldau asks what Frank has been up to these days, Frank replies that he has nothing but his wife informs him about the blogging idea, which Frank denies, saying that he actually said he's thinking about making a film about bloggers (apparently, if you're a famous comedian, blogging is like hitting a new low). Coster-Waldau acknowledges it's a good idea. Then they leave the elevator even though it's not their floor cuz Frank is always uncomfortable in awkward situations. the show's pretty much Curb Your Enthusiasm but 10000x darker
Frank "Nu har du været med i min film, så nu skal du få mig med i GoT"... senere i episode 10 af Season6
