I think all k companies are now hiring based on contracts

It was always through contracts only, but the HRs usually approach and post about the jobs.

    Hi, few doubts:
1)I came through work visa by paying xxxx kd, medical in Kuwait is done, waiting for civil I'd, also I am applying through LinkedIn in search of jobs but no responses getting . I stay with my parents. So if any interview will it be easy or they will question on the work visa, what response should I give them about the work visa.
2)Is attestation compulsory or not or all companies requires attested documents. My btech is attested but my mtech is not attested, so should I try getting my mtech attested in India for better?
    3) now as in LinkedIn I am not getting any positive response, so is it a good approach to ping people who are working in Kuwait and asking if any opportunity in the company?is it a good approach.

      Hello
      1) Never buy visa and come here, that's the first mistake u have done, u have actually come to Kuwait illegally as visa purchase is a very big crime and punishable in Kuwait. Also u will not b able to transfer ur visa till 9 months and if u try u may get caught, u will need to pay fine of 450KD if u try to transfer before 1 year.
Interviews are tough here, and it is getting tougher day by day due to Kuwaiti citizens being preferred in many roles, if u don't have work experience in relevant field, then impossible.
      2) Mtech or any Masters is of no use here or relevance, so even if u attest it, it will not help u, so better avoid attesting it. All companies ask attested documents, but they will ask u ur Btech documents only.
3)U have to keep on trying, each job and role has different type of requirement and structure, u cant send same resume to different company and roles, u will need to modify it as per the role and then try. Usually if u approach 1000+ companies then u will get 1-10 responses, (IF THEY THINK UR EXP AND EDUCATION IS SUITABLE FOR THE ROLE), or else u have to keep on applying and hope for the best. You can approach people if u know them, they can try to help but there is no guarantee.
U need to work hard and keep trying, develop computer and work skills, learn arabic, learn relevant softwares, InshaAllah u will find ur way. All the best.
