Thanks Minhaj Sadaf. Good info but correct the info, I am female & I got family visit visa for my husband, daughter & son. FEMALE CAN GET FAMILY VISIT-VISA. But female CANNOT sponsor dependent visa for husband & children. Family dependent visa is issued to MALE applicants.

No u cannot change it, it is illegal to do this in Kuwait, please do not even try, not even extension is allowed now, they will directly block ur finger and deport u and ur family permanently.

Nowadays visit visa is given only for 30 days, the rules have changed from pre covid.
Yes ur son in law can bring u and ur wife here on visit visa.
He will need
1) His passport where his wife name is mentioned (as u r her parents)
2) His marriage certificate (just in case they ask for it sometimes)
3) Ur daughter's passport in which both her parents name is mentioned and also her birth certificate in which ur names are mentioned.
4) All mentioned certificates have to be attested as mentioned in the video and, relationship certificate may also be needed from embassy as sometimes KW asks only for relationship certificate.
Please ask him to visit a typing center nearby and begin the process by using the above information and documents.

Hello, u r most welcome. Regarding visit visa earlier they had a 6 month gap requirement but from what i have read in some of the groups, they have accepted new visit visa for same person soon after the last day of expiry of visa.
The person has to exit and then the sponsor has to begin the process and reapply. But as i have not experienced it, I am still waiting to see if someone actually has done it or not. Do let me know if u try and see.
I not issues relationship certificate for my relatives why? Bls said they only give for parents and spouse
For other relations u need salary of 800KD and listed under the 14 professions as per MOI. If u are eligible as per these categories then u should not face any problem. Ask the BLS team once as why they have not issued it to you.
A small update, In the video I have mentioned that u will need to visit typing center first, but as per my viewers' update, u will need to visit BLS first and then the typing center, not the other way round, sorry for the mix up.

Hello, thanks for the recommendation, i have not come across such online tracking process yet, during our time also we needed to visit the office offline for getting the updates, u will need to check through passport seva portal only if u have the tracking number.

U can apply now also, as far as i know they have removed the 6 month gap rule

Walaikumassalam, if anyone is on visit visa then as soon as they exit Kuwait, the visit visa will expire, as per the rules the exit has be in the dedicated Airline only and not by road.
If the person really wants to do umrah then better to wait for complete GCC visas to open or they can take direct Saudi Tourist Visa and do Umrah. Best possible solution it is.
How to reschedule meeta appointment for dependent visa
U have to cancel the previous appointment and then try to book a new one.
I have a salary of more than 800 KD and have an engineering degree as well, for what duration can i bring my wife to kuwait. Some places it is mentioned as 3 years and some places 1 month, please clarify on the same.
If u r bringing her on dependent visa then u can bring her permanently to Kuwait, if u r getting her on visit visa then only 30 days its allowed. Totally depends upon you.

If both parents are on 18 visa then no salary limit is needed, there is another process for it, u can consult typing center for this process.

Entry visa valid 10 June to 09 july
Family has to enter before 9 July and then they can stay for exact 30 days.

NO, Visit visa cannot be extended, please do not try to do it, even if the person crosses 1 day, they will be deported along with the sponsor with blocked fingerprint.

3KD per head for Visa paper. Other process and all will cost around 20-25KD per person max.

All of ur wife's current documents should have the new name, otherwise KW will not issue u visa. So first change name in all documents and then begin the process.

Hello, Family dependent visa is for dependents so that they can stay in Kuwait along with sponsor on permanent basis, Family visit visa means the family can stay with sponsor only for 30 days and then they have to go back.
All these processes came into existence because of freaking defaulters. Calling families and not sending them back. They dont know because of them a normal person has to go through these time consuming hassle.
