Especially the lobster is fascinating. It shows no signs of aging but dies because of his shell.

Just asking cause for some reason I'm not sure : what animal is it at 6:45 ? A spiny lobster I think ? Is it hiding in a hole cause it's molting ? I know that crabs do that too.

I even guessed that the one under the red rock crab was crayfish and I got it right.
But can we also eat the tiny crustaceans? As in like use a net with very tiny holes for then to cling onto then push them all out with scraper, put them inside lot to boil and use them as sauce?( Ok I can't even figure out which method for cooking them)
But why can't crabs use their tails to swim as in just pop it out from the underside of the body then push it backwards creating a force of water that pushes it forward?
I didn't know crustaceans had only 1 heart chamber because we humans have 4 and cockroaches have 13 and chickens have 3 and fish have 2
I heard that deep sea shrimp emit light too when I was watching wild kratts on tv
Rotifers can also use suction to filter feed but their not crustaceans and are more related to tardigrades
And I heard crustaceans even eat their old molted shell to make hardening of the new shell even faster. Mostly seen by people who keep crabs and crayfish as pets
Also when I was watching wild kratts, they said only 1 in 10,000 lobster larvae will make it to adulthood
