    📝 Abalone pot rice (2-3 servings)
    ✔Materials required for ️:
    - 400ml of rice
    - Four abalone
    - Four chives
    - a piece of butter
    - 480ml of water
    ✔ ️ seasoning ingredients
    - 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce
    - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    - 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
    🥄 Measuring spoon: 1 tablespoon (15ml)
    🥄 Measuring spoon: 1 small drink (5ml)
    ‼️ A regular spoon of rice
    There's a difference in volume for measuring spoons
    Measure with rice spoon (about 13ml)
    Please measure it a lot
    1. Wash 2 cups of rice thoroughly
    Put it on the stomach and let it soak for 20 minutes
    2. The abalone is a special brush
    Wipe every corner and clean it. (Refer to the video on how to fix it.)
    3. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with abalone intestines,
    Season 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
    4. Slightly oil in the pot
    Put abalone and stir-fry it
    5. Add some steamed rice and stir-fry it
    Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir-fry it together
    (If you want to eat it lightly, add or subtract salt.)
    6. After adding 480ml of water
    Mix and close the lid (15 minutes over medium heat)
    7. Cut the trimmed abalone
    Grill it until golden in butter
    8. Put sliced chives and abalone on top of rice
    Put the lid on and let it sit for 5 minutes. It's done
