Mental Health is a serious thing to deal with. Ryan Cooper has a hard time finding his way through the world 🌍🌍 of horse racing. He had a decision to make and it was the right one. Now, he has peace with his self and his family. Thomas and I hope that he has a good life in retirement and recovery. Good For Him.

We all have things that test us mentally and emotionally in life and decisions to make etc. Those that struggle with these things might need to talk to someone but we all go through them.

He was a good jockey but I could never warm to him as a person. He seems arrogant and unapproachable. I might be wrong though. You can't really judge people until you meet them. Hopefully he enjoys life more now. Losing the gigginstown gig completely derailed his career. Whatever anyone says about him as a person, he could definitely ride. There's no doubt about it👍
