It seems expensive but its not $2500, if you do every 2 years that's about $100/month.... imagine ppl are ok with paying $30-$50k for cars, 1.2k for Iphones, $5k-$10k for trips, its ok to blow money in restaurants, bars and other stuff but when it comes to HEALTH ohh "TOO EXPENSIVE"

I totally agree. People will spend thousands of dollars on trip or luxury items but a preventative test is a good deal. One's health is way more important.

I had one this past weekend, having health issues our medical system is broken 3-4 months to get consultation appointments with specialist. Our PPO insurance is super expensive and still can’t seem to get care in a timely manner. If there’s something seriously wrong, a few months can determine a life or death outcome. Thankful my husband pushed me to have it done asap.

Exactly. It’s worth it cuz if you don’t have your health you can’t enjoy life.

When you consider I just got charged $4,000 for a simple cat scan on my stomach… $2,500 for a full body scan is nothing

I got it done and it even showed a ruptured breast implant that I didn't know I had. It doesn't come out in my Mammograms.

I just had one the other day. It was great, they were super nice and helpful. I highly highly recommend getting one if you can afford it.

Every American should receive one every 5 years, courtesy of the government.

It's much cheaper everywhere else in the world (about 1/10th the price). I don't know what the deal is with the US health care, it's absurd.

Did you feel claustrophobic at all? And how on earth do they show Netflix whilst you are in there?

Everyone is different you truly won't know if you are claustrophobic or to what degree you might be until you experience it. As for the TV it uses a mirror the TV is behind glass that is lined with copper to make sure the TV doesn't affect the images that are being taken.

The technology sounds good to me but I’m still trying to understand why insurance companies are not covering it ,to me it’s a no-brainer that they should

I honestly think/hope we will reach a point at which we can replace "gold-standard tests" with full-body tests, as these are often less intrusive/inconvenient, and certainly less uncomfortable, than colonoscopies and mammograms. The hope also is that they will yield more accurate results and better determine at an earlier stage, or even predict, the development of malignancies that could become life-threatening. As technology improves, so must healthcare imaging, and the early identification and diagnosis of disorders that may have, with previous generations of tech, been more difficult to detect, or undetectable all together. There are, after all, so many "idiopathic" disorders, misdiagnoses, and generally undiagnosed conditions right now, and one could and should hope that in the next decade, many/most of these disorders, ranging from autoimmune and metabolic, to neurological, cardiovascular, renal, will not only be easily diagnosable, but diagnosed early enough to readily treat and even cure.

That won’t happen anytime soon because mri’s are not diagnostic of cancer, you need to look at the cell makeup so biopsy it

You can't get an MRI without a doctor's request and the doctors only request it when you're already feeling sick

    • @deannad9105

In my experience, $2500 would only cover one specific area in a regular MRI (My doctor refused to give me a hip MRI, so I had to go to an alternative doctor who wasn't covered by my insurance). They quoted me $3000, out of pocket, for both hips.
The Prenuvo does the entire body for less than that
